A totally ridiculous 3 days in a row through the drive thru at this Brocklehurst location. Day 1–ordered a toasted cheese bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese. Was handed 2 plain untoasted bagels, no cream cheese….and a hot drink. Corrected her. She gave ME attitude and came back with a donut in a bag. WTH?? Finally I got what I ordered but barely toasted and the tiniest bit of cream cheese in center of bagel. No thanks…just shoved the interac machine in my face.
Day 2—there are 2 drive thru lineups here. I waited at the menu/ intercom closest to the road shouting “hello??” for nearly 4 minutes around 2pm with a lineup waaay behind me. I finally gave up and drove to the window and told them nobody would take my order at the intercom after now being in the lineup for almost 10 minutes and wishing I could get out of it, but you can’t, you’re stuck. Different girl this time was all flustered and once again I got attitude like I had done something wrong. I ordered one red pinwheel pastry, heated. Thats it. She handed it to me, not heated (oh well I had waited long enough) and said nothing. I sat in my car waiting to pay, and she disappeared. She came back about a minute or so later and waved me away like I was an irritating fly. No thanks or smile. Fine, I guess you don’t want my money?
Day 3— waited and waited at the menu/intercom and nobody ever came to take my order so once again I drove right to the window after waiting now in line for a good five or six minutes. I had ordered six cheese bagels with nothing done to them, a red pepper pinwheel pastry, and a grilled cilantro lime veggie wrap. I go to pay and she hands me one plain bagel. Thats it. I corrected the order and got attitude AGAIN. She came back with the wrap (ice cold, beans & rice very undercooked …WITH CHICKEN in it it turns out—(Im vegetarian so it got thrown out), and a box of bagels….and I waited. She finally came back and looked at me like I was stupid. I asked for my red pepper pinwheel and she sighed and walked like a sloth over to get it and it took her nearly 3 minutes. Ice cold and handed to me without a word. So I keep waiting to pay. I finally see her and say “Can I pay???” …she hands me the interac machine like Im bothering her. No thank you or have a nice day or even a smile. Got back on the road….opened the bagel box and had 5 jalapeño bagels and not 6 cheese bagels. UGH!!!
What’s going on with the Tim Horton’s franchises? Friends and Family say they experience the same issues with unfriendliness, attitude, wrong orders and slowness. The TH drive thrus are an ongoing joke in Canada as they are so inefficient, incompetent, and rude. Read moreTHIS IS THE WORST TIM OUTLET EVER. I mean you can't serve a luke warm Iced capp. It says iced capp. Upon questioning the girl at the drive thru window as to why is it in this state?? The server responds it is made by the machine so it is what it is. I responded that this is not the right way the drink is served. She responds it depends upon the time of day one is ordering the dish. I responded that's not how it works. If you have ordered something the machine makes it you get what comes out. My response that's not how it works and not how you should respond to a customer and that stop serving the drink if your machine is not making it properly. I am not returning the drink or asking you to return my money. I am just bringing something to your knowledge as a customer so that you can fix it. She responds rudely no we won't. It is what it is.
You understand this girl, you work at tims just serving already cooked food and pressing buttons on the machines to make drinks. This is as per your server's statement so why can't you bother doing it right?? Or just quit the job if you don't like customers or customer service because you are clearly horrible at it. Worst TIM HORTONS just looting people of their money. Just STUPID!!

Read moreIt is unfortunate that Tim Hortons has gone downhill so horribly. This is our 4th visit to this location and ALL 4 times there has been an issue. The 1st time was a drive thru order for 3 creamy chills and drinks were made very wrong. We received a flavor we didn't order and edible oil product ( AKA whipped topping ) when we asked for none. The other 2 drive through orders we had either missing food or food made wrong. Visit # 4 , which was this evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. , both of the Tiramisu Cold Brews had ZERO sweet syrup, zero chocolate powder and the rude lady at the window IGNORED us completely. She had her back turned and was more concerned with delegating duties to the other employees , than she was with the customers. This is absolutely appalling and disgusting. But I have learned that this is the way the world is going. People have become rude, disespectful and customer service has disappeared. This coming from someone that's worked in customer service for well over 30 yrs. I don't care how busy you are you ALWAYS make time for the customer.
