I just had one of the best breakfasts at this restaurant, but the service was absolutely horrible. This young girl redheaded with a ponytail which wouldn’t give me her name said that we were very impatient, impatient customers and all we did was ask her for a condiment and it took her over 15 minutes to bring the condiment to the table. We already had our breakfast just pretty much finished and then she decides to bring it over and told us that we were very impatient. I hope the owner or her management explains how important customers are to businesses these days I have my own business and I have a retail store and I would never ever treat my customers with an immature. . Breakfast started out awesome with friendly service, first coffee was quick, fast ordering, but as we ate there was no offers on refills of coffee, we asked for water 4 times & never got any. Other tables seemed to be known or staff or related, and were getting up & getting their own coffee and condiments. Server seemed to totally ignored us after thd food was delivered. Even when we held up our mugs up for more coffee as she went around to others, she never came to us. It seemed that staff or family were there getting a lot of attention. We had to get up and go pay our Cheque after we’d stacked & cleaned our dishes. I live & work in the community and was really disappointed in the service. Maybe we came on a bad time? 🤷🏻‍♂️ If there was another option for a good breakfast, we’d be going there instead. Maybe we upset our server or sat at the wrong table 😔 I’d been before and liked it so we came back. We had visited for the first time today for breakfast and definitely will not be returning. To start the coffee was full of coffee grinds, the water had floating particles all through out. We then got our food and had asked for scrambled eggs bacon and rye toast with home fries. The potatoes were not cooked they were cold and still hard and uncooked, the bacon we asked for crispy and the bacon was just barely cooked (you could tell it was sitting in a warmer waiting to be served) . after that we had found mould on all 3 of our plates on the rye toast. Not only did we kindly express these complications we were just offered another piece of toast each. after this we no longer even wanted to eat knowing there was mould growing on the food. After all of these complications we sat at the table for 20 min with 3 others in the entire restaurant waiting for the bill, got to the point we stood up and walked to the front to leave. Definitely do not recommend attending for any kind of breakfast and will not be returning because of this...
