Hector's Casa Cantina — Restaurant in Kelowna

I’ve probably eaten hundreds of quesadillas from dozens of restaurants in my lifetime, but the best one I’ve ever had was here at Hector’s this evening.

The quality of the ingredients, and perhaps the care taken to put it all together are what sets in apart. The shell is soft and homemade, the cheese is real, and the ingredients are just blended perfectly.

We have been here to eat in about 4 times, and every time the food and service has been great. It’s traditional Mexican, not “Mexican reinvented” but that’s good.
