OK Sushi — Restaurant in Kelowna

I have never written a Google review before, but I felt a strong conviction to put one out there. This evening, my family and I dined in this newly opened restaurant to eat some sushi. When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and comfortably seated. The food was fresh and delicious with a variety of healthy ingredients put into the dishes. Also, the portion of the food was very generous and filling. (I had the chicken don!) Truly, the owners working at the sushi bar and kitchen put a lot of care and sincerity into making each dish. The servers also, very respectful and attentive. Overall, the dining experience at OK Sushi was not OK, but PHENOMENAL. The restaurant name is very humble.. This is a courteous family-owned restaurant that met all our family’s expectations. I have to admit that my review and many Google reviews can be fairly biased. They just opened and not everything can be perfect, so there is room for growth here. However, this lovely family-owned restaurant deserves an opportunity. They have great potential to provide and serve every diner with diligence, respect, and satisfaction. Much warmth, and gladness we felt here today. Truly, we will be back...

Every time I order from OK Sushi, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favourite spots in town. The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and perfectly packaged for takeout — everything arrives just as good as if you were dining in. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the sushi is consistently delicious, with great balance and flavour in every roll.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming — they greet you with smiles and warmth, even when the place is busy. It’s clear they care about their customers as much as they care about their food.

OK Sushi manages to deliver both excellent sushi and an atmosphere that just makes you feel good. It’s a place that brightens your day every single time....

My husband and I were in the area today, and decided to try a new Sushi spot. We absolutely love sushi, go at least twice a month and have tried most places in Kelowna, and I gotta say, I was very impressed with this place! The portions were big! My husband and I ordered two lunch specials with some mixed tempura, and everything was so fresh, so good! We were totally stuffed at the end! Also, that crab rice!! It was so good, please put it on the appetizer list or somewhere because I would happily order it as a side and for my kids! The staff were also very nice and accommodating, I could see they were attentive to their customers. Very excited for this new sushi spot, please get on Skip so my husband and I can enjoy this...
