TacoTime — Restaurant in Kindersley

This is my favorite Taco Time. The people working there are nice. I always have special requests and they always accommodate. I’d like to address some of the reviews here because they aren’t fair. Every take out place is charging extra from extra sauces or condiments now so this isn’t something that only this store does. Also the owners and workers don’t throw pop all over or on the floor. People go in there and literally destroy the place. The kitchen is clean and everything always tastes the way it’s supposed to. New employees that don’t do a good job don’t get to stick around. When I go and the owners are there it’s always good. Pop machines everywhere are sticky. Usually theirs is actually very clean. I think sometimes we expect perfection. I’ve gone in when they are cooking chicken and I can’t get a fajita, is that cause for a bad review? If kids came in and spilled pop all over and they haven’t had a chance to clean it, is that...

Kindersley Saskatchewan location. I had purchased a beef burrito combo and tipped my server 15% of my total. What I received was absolutely disgusting. My server had microwaved my burrito!! It was not made fresh at all and when I got to my vehicle as I was travelling for several hours out of town, when I got to my food which was 5 minutes after the meal was prepared my burrito was wet, slimy and absolutely revolting. I have never been more disappointed and disgusted by a fast food chain. My server gave me the impression that he didn't want to be there, that serving me, a paying customer, was an inconvenience. What a deliberate lack of care and consideration to the food and clients you serve. On September 15 my boyfriend and I decided to try tacotime. I haven’t had it in so long so I was so excited . Firstly the 2 guys that were there you could hardly understand that so I wasn’t sure what I was orderibg We ordered 2 taco salads , 2 beef and cheese one was with sour cream and one of those crisp beef. I have gotten taco salads before and there was barely anything in the bowls this time . The beef and cheese burrito the meat was cold and there was so much cheese on it .
