MOST WARM and WELCOMING hotel 🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖 CLEANEST and most organized breakfast area. Valerie the breakfast attendant LOVES to SERVE 🥹 i had 15 mins to get my 7yr old, 4 yr old and 9 month old some breakfast before it is over. Valerie approached me with the most Kind and Gentle "May I help you?" and she served us 3 bowls of warm chicken noodle soup for breakfast!!! it was such a treat to have a warm bowl of soup first thing in the morning especially over the winter month 🥰 my 7 yr old said mommy I want to eat THREE bowls of this soup! 😋 I did not feel rushed at all! 😭😭😭 Travelling on the road with three little ones on my own was overwhelming so i was so refreshed by the AMAZING, Warm & Welcoming and Kind staff! The moment i walked into the lobby i was greeted by Rex, a HUGE bright smile as he cleaned the lobby area! Reception informed me my room was ready so i was able to check in with my three littles as we waited in the lobby area 🥹🥹 Breakfast time made me want to weep because of Valerie's exceptional servanthood... It was like every surface was cleaned and prepared with LOVE and CARE and Attention 😭😭 Love radiated off of Valerie and every item and surface in the breakfast area! 🥰🥰🥰 I truly felt like i was eating at my sister's home 🥰🥰🥹🥹 when I had to check out with a trolley FULL of bags and suitcases with a baby wrapped around me and two littles by my side... housekeeping Fritz saw me and immediately offered to help me and he pushed the trolley all the way down the hallway and into the elevator for me 😭😭😭 I was then able to check out with Carmela the GM and Aura, the 2nd in command 🥰🥰 I have never seen a hotel full of HAPPY staff!!! It is SO refreshing to see that many joyful, generous, and kind people all working together! I was so welcomed and taken care of it truly felt like I went to visit my loving relatives mansion 🥰🥰 Kindersley is THE place to stop and REST as you travel across our wonderful country Canada!!! I stayed in one of the Best Western Hotels in Saskatchewan for my business trip. I was very tired after a long day at work so I was eager to check-in and rest. When I came in, I was greeted with a huge smile by the front desk agent and amazed of how fast the check-in process was while she ensures to inform all the amenities of the hotel. The lobby was sparkling clean and cozy. Best features in their lobby are their Coffee Machine (lots of options) , nice and relaxing couches while having coffee and room temperature is comfortable. Plus, they also have a business centre in the corner which you can use anytime. The room consists of 2 queen beds plus plenty of space, a desk, a fridge, a small kitchen area with stove and microwave with complete kitchen equipment and small wares (no need to bring anything). Their room is also great for families who like to make their own food. I really love their bed and pillows plus their sheets are snuggly. I also went to their complimentary breakfast located in the lobby. There are a lot of guest during that time, however, all of them were seated. Plenty of seats to accommodate during rush hour. The food was excellent. Hot breakfast was always full and never half empty. Buffet area was sanitary. Condiments and cutleries are complete. The breakfast attendant Valerie was very accommodating and greeting everyone despite of heavy traffic in the buffet. She was also checking the customers table by table. Upon checkout, Front desk supervisor Cherrie was also great, checking about my experience in my stay. Also, creating short conversations to get to know their guest as well is always amazing. So many nice things to say about this place. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. King size room with full kitchen is clean and spacious and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, glasses. The Keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea pods is great. Love that they provide a dispenser in the bath with shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than those itty bitty bottles and used bars of soap that get thrown out after each guest. Other bathroom supplies include mouthwash, facial soap, lotion, sewing kit and a make up remover wipe. Facecloths are coloured rather than white so no makeup stains left behind. Breakfast is included every morning and it's pretty impressive. The selection varies everyday but so far I have seen scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, breakfast wraps, hash browns, tater tots, bacon, sausage, DIY Belgian waffles, bagels, muffins, breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit, berries, coffee, tea, juice, milk. Fresh cookies are waiting at the front desk for guests every afternoon. Strong WiFi, pool and hot tub, work out room, electrified parking, business centre, meeting room, and coin-op laundry facilities are a few more amenities provided that make this place a pretty complete package.
