Leonardo's Pizzeria and Smokehouse — Restaurant in King

pizza is okay but service is the worst I ever had. Was told they were busy and it would be an hour when I got there an hour later they didn't even start the pizza and I was told it would be 15 mins more because they were making it now and when I returned in 17 mins they haven't even started making the pizza and said it would be another 5 mins which turned out to be 15 mins. When I questioned why Im told one time and get there its not ready or even made then told to come back and still not ready or made and use the excuse of being busy when I was outside waiting for it and no traffic came in. They even argued with me that because it had 4 items on it thats why. I used to go before and it was the same thing so after not going for a 6 months or more you would think it would have improved instead it looks like it got worse. I know I will never go back there again if you can't manage an ongoing problem it will never get resolved. P.S. this is my daughters page but Im her father writing this review so stay away unless you don't mind...

Terrible photo I know, however I ate all of it so it must of been pretty good. First time here and being that I’m a 51 year old sicilian who has had his fair share of panzarotti, first of all a panzo has to be fried! and as you can see in the photo the dough they use is excellent for frying. Thin and bubbly is what I look for. Not thick and doughy. Ingredients were very good accept the tomato sauce. I find there were far too many spices added. I want to taste the beautiful sweet tomatoes, when you add all those spices it’s over powering. As for the whole package I gave it a 3 ⭐️, not because it’s terrible, but because once you season the sauce properly, it has the potential to be something really amazing and keep me coming back for more. Even though I wish the sauce wasn’t the best, I’ll most likely keep ordering them. Fried of course! 👍🏻 Jump ahead to 2024, Crust 4/5 Tomato sauce 5/5 Ingredients 5/5. I always order from here, as there are no other pizza places in town... And we have gotten used to being told 30 mins and it taking 50 mins to an hour and we take that into account when we order. BUT last night was a whole new low... We ordered at 715 and was told to come pick up in 20-30 mins and knowing that they always take longer, we went after 40 mins to pick up and we get there and the guy says "we have no cheese, we haven't made your pizza yet!" No cheese???? HOW do you run out of cheese and STILL take orders??? No phone call, NOTHING! They said they will call us to get our address and deliver it for free and its now a day later and they still haven't called! SMH! So at 8 pm when we are all hungry and the kid needs to get ready for bed, we now have to figure out something else for dinner!? We will NEVER order from them again, we kept giving them chances after chances and that was the last...
