First off, the price on the larger advertising signage is posted that dinner is 23.99 Tues to Friday, we were charged 26.99! We were told the price is different now and that it is posted! On a small white letter sized piece of paper taped on the wall as you leave the restaurant! We entered the establishment at approximately 5:15 on a Tuesday our first visit for us! No other patrons were there and only when we were leaving did 3 others come in, we were there about an hour. When we went to serve ourselves from the buffet our first impression was, well maybe they are just starting dinner service! But nope the food was minimal to say the least! The sushi rolls were dried out as if they’d been out there all day! And only 2 pieces of each type! The little bit of roast beef was small pieces & chunks floating in a water liquid!!! The mashed potatoes were only enough for a single serving or enough for us to to have a small spoonful each! The vegetable options were sparse & again not fresh made… The deep fried options were dried out and not fresh and minimal as well only 4 pieces of squid, 3spring rolls, the cream cheese wontons were cold & tough/chewy! No salad to speak of! The sweet & sour pork the battered chicken was a very small amount and in a gooey gelatinous sauce that was barely warm! The chicken sticks/kebabs were battered in shake & bake but weren’t too bad! There were two options for dumplings only 5or 6 pieces of ea the shrimp were gooey & not fresh pork ones weren’t too bad! There were 2 noodle options both which were subpar! & No fresh veggies only dried out options ! Obviously sitting out since the lunch service!!! Then there is the ‘dessert/fruit’ table! The desserts were subpar! The fruit was old or underripe! Very disappointing $26.99 ea. & for $63 meal for both of us because of a $4.50 pot of tea(probably the best part of the meal) we would never go back and urge friends to not waste there time either! We could have eaten better or fresher food anywhere for the price they are now charging, Good luck staying in business! No return customers the way your...
Read moreI have been to this place 4 times and today was my 5th time usually I'll write a review at my third time visiting any restaurant to give my honest opinion. Now since I waited until today my 5th time. I surely give this place a 1 star and not anything more. Food is extremely old, some even cold , dry and extremely cheap quality. Walked in extremely hungry Walked out disgusted. I'm truly sorry to write such a horrible review. The lady that is taking care of the food and the refills of the trays really rude and watches every person that is putting food in their plates. I have taught my kids never to take things that you won't eat always take very little and if you are hungry go back and get a little more. To have my 9 year old girl say dad I don't want to eat anymore after her first plate I asked her why she said its ok ill eat when we go home the lady gave me a look when I tried to get sushi. So I felt bad because there was only a few pieces left and maybe they don't have money to make more so I didn't grab. That's from a child. The only thing that place has it going for them is the girl at the front she was truly trying her best to make everyone happy. She apologized to us numerous of times. Very nice waitress. Paid 160 and eat for maybe 50 lol extremely disappointed. Don't bother with this place. Last time and will never go...
Read moreTrust the reviews and don’t go here! You will be expected to pay $30 just for walking through the door. We noticed right away how empty every single dish was, and the ones that did actually have “food” in them were completely caked in scraps from sitting so long. Everything was so stale, lukewarm, and effortless. A couple bites and we were over it. We had entered the dining room and got up to leave all within 15 minutes of arriving. When we got to the register we were handed bills for $33 each. The cashier went to the back and fought with the owner about giving us a discount due to lack of food/quality and the owner finally said she’d give us a 10% discount (woo- a whole $3!!) but that next time we come we should tell them when trays are empty so they don’t need to give out discounts. Not sure why the lady who kept coming out and stirring air in the empty trays didn’t relay that message but I guess that’s the expectation for guests to do now! We will never think to come back here again, it was such an endless...
