Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kingsville

Every time i come thru the drive through they are always rude and snappy. Im not even ordering slowly and I'm polite every time, but for some reason you guys have chip on your shoulder. The food is always made lazy and or burnt, the lack of quality control is hilarious giving out burnt food for fun. Take your time, i get you have these dumb drive through times to deal with bc of your management. the managers are more rude than anyone else there, and makes a toxic environment. This location does not represent the business well, neither with the division street location. They always are yelling at the staff and you can hear it through the drive thru or in the building. Its actually pathetic thats you guys have to a power trip and talk shit over the mic in the drive thru, i can hear you through the speaker talking shit. You guys are ridiculous. Its just a script you need to follow for everyone. Don't need the attitude bc you you’re getting frustrated...

Drive thru has mixed up order many times. I ask for old fashion plain donuts and they always never have enough. My Las visit where I spent 30.00 the order put thru before my card was asked for and it was too late. Also, I activated my offers and for 11 purchases in a row, none of my offers gave me a discount. Points given I was told but not discount. They ask if I activate but conveniently forget to ask for my card. No tip. I always like to tip but I've stopped doing it unless I get Judy. There's one guy there w a snotty attitude so I go to the store on division now. Too bad, I've been very loya then you started taking points away. Disappointing. I couldve donated those points. I stopped there about 20 minutes ago, after leaving my company Christmas party. Went through the drive through and ordered steeped tea with milk. The woman didn't put the lid on properly, and as she handed it to me it dumped all over the door of my car (inside AND out) and the sleeve of my very expensive Calvin Klein suit. She then proceeded to blame me, saying I "squeezed" the cup, and offered me napkins to clean my car with.

Frustrated, I said no and left. I got home only to discover she had put CREAM in my f---ing tea! Have you ever had tea with cream in it? Its f---ing disgusting! I live in the county, so to drive back there would be a ridiculous waste of fuel.

What a way to ruin someone's night....
