I have always liked Subway so I decided to sign up for Email deals. But I have come to find out that they are making it almost impossible for some people to take advantage of their specials. First of all you have to download the app, which I did. Then started an online order. But, when I tried to place my order, Subway wanted me to use Google Pay and enter a credit card to pre-pay for the order. What the hell is that? I have also found that you cannot use any Email coupon codes at Subway store. They won't accept any at all. You have to order online and pre-pay to get a deal. When I order from many other fast food places online, they don't make you do this. You can use their app, order your food, and pick up in-store and pay when you get there. I sent an Email to Customer Service and they didn't care what I had to ay at all. What they really care about is people coming in and paying full price and not giving them the Email deal that they received. I personally will never go to Subway again. There are so many other restaurants and fast food places around that actually want to give you their deals/specials. Read moreI've given this location a few chances but I've learned my lesson. Every time I've stopped here the buns are hard, the lettuce is soggy and the subs are not put together nicely. The first couple times I chalked it up to new staff, covid supply issues or just an "opps" but tonight we had subs from there for the last time.
It took a while to have 2 subs made which is fine because I wasn't in a rush but I felt bad for the employee. It took him the longest to get the meat on the subs. I suggested they should fold the meat ahead of time like other locations to which he responded "we're supposed to but nobody wants to do it". Once I got home and started to eat the buns started crumbling and was very difficult to eat. We ended up throwing out two half's of our subs. Bread should be soft and fluffy... Not hard like a crouton.
This location needs to work on efficiency and freshness. Since "Eat Fresh" is in their slogan.

Read moreWe attend this subway location several times a month. Today we were very disappointed, firstly with the toppings offered for our subs. Notably, the brown lettuce kept behind the glass. I asked the employees to change out the lettuce, please, they stated that that was all that was available. Most topping bins looked like they had been there for days , not been replenished or refreshed. I used one of the washrooms it was disgusting, very dirty, unkept. Sitting at our table, we noticed that other tables had not been cleaned. While the employees, not busy, stood in the back room talking, and we could hear them quite clearly. I also went up to the counter and suggested to the employees that they were remove at least that bin of lettuce so other patrons would not see the brown lettuce.
