Dino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kirkland Lake

Whenever I'm back in KL, I make sure to order a Dino's Special, because they have always made the best pizza on earth! Have been home for a few months, and have had Dino's 3 or 4 times. So disappointed to say, the pies are not anything like they used to be. Overcooked, undercooked, no sauce, stingy toppings, cold, raw in spots... Once, we waited for delivery and called after over an hour and were assured it was on the way. Another hour later, we were told there was no order placed. What has happened to Dino's?! Last night was the worst yet. Very few toppings, all concentrated in the very centre of the pie, crust was so thick around the outside there were raw spots, while the edges were hard as a rock. And the sauce was actually cold. We each had one slice and the rest is sitting in the box. Can you imagine stopping after one slice of Dino's Pizza?! Waste of money. Order from Erin...

My husband and I ended up in Kirkland lake while we were out for a ride. An adventure if you will, we never been to Kirkland Lake, but we were hungry and decided to try Dino's Pizza for the very first time! Let me tell you, no other Pizza place can compare to how amazing this pizza was! Hands down, the best Pizza we have ever had! We will definitely be going back on purpose this time! 😂 The service is amazing, the food is amazing! They ain't cheap on sauce, toppings and cheese. It is all priced reasonably! Pleasant people that work there, first time ordering. Finally got home with my pizza and it was dry, dry, dry. Pulled up the toppings to see if sauce was there and there was minimal evidence of sauce. The store told me I could drive out to pick up another pizza or pay for delivery. I don't think the customer should have to pay anything after they paid for something that was done wrong; I said as much to the girl. She offered free delivery then but said I'll wait 45 to 1 hr. Seriously, if you make an error, that happens but as a business you should want to fix that asap and as best as possible. Guess I'm eating toppings...
