Absolutely poor customer service, incompetance, lack of quality and care in what they do, understaffed. Went at around 430am because tims is shut down, took 20mins overall, waited 5mins to be acknowledged at the order box, had to repeat myself and was cut off before finishing my order because he didnt want to wait for me to finish ordering, a few more mins to get to the window, watched him slowly make 4 coffees, 2 were wrong and when called out on it still insisted it was correct (it wasnt), waited almost 15mins for a simple bacon and egg bagel and a hashbrown. And even after repeating twice to add light mayo, none on my bagel. And the response...go to the other tims then

Food was cold and literally just thrown into the wrapper coffee was terrible. 4 people in front of me and nobody got their orders taken by the time I got my food. They forgot the coffee and had to ask them to make me one. Every single time I have come here it has been a disappointment. I have witnessed management getting frustrated and blaming employees and not taking accountability as a manager should be. You don't embarrass employees in the front.
