Update for 2024:

I stopped coming to this location because I was tired of constantly having my coffee made wrong. There are a handful of staff that can actually make a good coffee. The only reason I started coming back was because the West end is closed for a month. The new staff members need to learn how to make a coffee properly. It isn’t hard. I did it once upon a time! I get once in a while the creamer or the sugar might run out…. But almost every day? Do better. People pay enough money for your products. It isn’t even just the coffee! I’ve had my food orders messed up too. By the time you realize it, your already back at work with product you can’t or won’t eat/drink.

I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service at this location. They don't greet you at drive through, and they have a hard time getting an order correct lately. Unfortunately they are all about speed, but speed isn't going to make a customer happy, isn't going to make them want to return, and it sure doesn't make them want to leave a tip when the customer service is lacking, and the food/drinks...

I drove through at this place today after work, 09/04 around 5:06 PM. Initially, I only ordered a medium 2 cream but when I was about to pay, I asked the staff if he minds adding one more medium double double; I literally just remember then that I need 2. He did not say anything but instead gave me the “deepest breath” that I’ve ever heard (you can’t miss it as it was loud) which made me believe that he was upset that I did not order both at the same time. It was obvious he was not happy. I got the memo right away so I told him that it’s ok and to not do it. I totally agree I should have done so and that was my mistake. But bth, I’ve never had any encounter like this at any Tim Horton’s across Canada. ...

visiting from out of town, went throught the drivethru around 2:30pm sept 29. ordered a small icecapp with chocolate milk and a medium vanilla ice coffee made with milk when the guy went to hand it to me i said thats not made with milk he said it was suppose to as if asking me then the lady argued and said it was. i told her it was to dark cream colour to be milk and handed it to me and said its made with milk. ive now wasted 3.50 or more cause i cant drink it. wish there was a 0...
