Zero stars! Since the new owners took over this location has become a joke. Twice I went for breakfast at 6:20am (breakfast is served at 6am) I was told once that the grill wasn't hot and was going to take 15 additional minutes to heat up. Oh and both times they didn't have things for my breakfast. One was sausage and the other eggs. I wasn't offered anything else in replace of them either. This visit I waited 15 minutes for 2 cars and literally looking through the window watching watching 2 very young space cadets looking lost and confused. Ordered 2 (TWO) chipoltle mayos which they confirmed and charged me for only to get hone and there is 1. Handed me just my bag and said have a good night in which I had to reply "and the drink"? Food is cold and I live 3 minutes away literally right around the corner. What a joke I won't be back. You can keep the savings from ripping me off now 3 times. I will NOT BE BACK to this location. Terrible service, terrible food and terrible wait times and staff.

Read moreToday I received an envelope from A&W with a coupon for a free teen burger, free root beer and free fries. This was sent 4 and a half months after a bad experience at the Victoria St location.
Two of our burgers had stale hard buns which we discovered after driving way out of the area on April 18th. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man who called me a liar for my complaint but finally agreed to replace the two affected burgers. He took my information and said I just needed to give my name next time I was there.
Months later in July I ordered again was told that they can't just replace them in the restaurant and that instead vouchers would be sent from head office. The girl I spoke to didn't know if my information was sent yet or when I would get them.
So 138 days later I get an undated form letter with random coupons that do not replace the two burgers 🤦♀️

Read moreBit by bit this store keeps going down hill. I have been going to this location for the past 6 years now as it is closest location to where I live and work. The staff is usually very friendly but extremely slow. Partially because they are understaffed. The average wait time for a drive through here for me is about 15-17 min for a breakfast sandwich and if i go inside it isn't much better. During lunch hour the wait time is equal if not worse in a drive through. This isn't on a rare occasion this is on a constant. more than 6 years of experiences. The food however is always prepared correctly and hot. Its the service time that is the killer and unnecessary in the fast food industry. The management needs to staff their store accordingly or train their staff to be quicker; one or the other. The worst was when I got stuck in the drive through behind people and in front of people unable to get out for over 33 min waiting for breakfast and as a result of that was late for a meeting.
