We've been here before and it was good; went tonight and it was awful. Husband ordered seafood pad thai; the noodles were hot but the seafood was cold (mussels, squid and faux crab were all cold). Being concerned about food poisoning, he talked to the waitress and explained his concern, having eaten some of it; she said she would get him a new one. He specifically asked if he could have chicken instead of seafood and was told no problem. A while later she comes with the "new" one, apologizing and he thanked her. Started eating it when he noticed buried under the chicken was seafood, some of which had a bite taken out of it. After a bit of time got the attention of the waitress (she was really good) and explained that it was the same dish, reheated with some extra chicken thrown in and that he wouldn't be eating it nor paying for it. She apologized again and took it away. A few minutes goes by and the cook comes out, says he didn't reheat it, he had thrown the first one away and cooked a new one (which just happened to have seafood in it that was supposed to be just chicken); when my husband tried to tell him about the seafood in it, some that had a bite out of it, he just waved him off walking away, saying he wouldn't charge us. Go to pay the bill and it was still on there; had to have that corrected before we payed. I'm really hoping he does not have food poisoning from improperly cooked seafood, we'll see in a bit of time I guess. Would never...

Very disappointing Thai meal. My husband and I recently dined here. We each ordered different entrees and were so disappointed. Their spring rolls were very dry and bland. No flavour to them. My Chicken Pad Thai had rubbery chicken and the tofu wasn’t edible. It was so tough. My husband ordered their special House Fried Rice that was supposed to contain bbq pork, shrimp, sausages, and chicken. One needed a microscope to actually see the pork and sausage bits. It was quite sad actually. Thin little rubbery bits of what they said was bbq pork. They were so small you couldn’t even refer to them as strips. I would be embarrassed to serve this to customers. I asked to speak with the owner because we were so disappointed. His response was that is how bbq pork comes. I’ve had bbq pork at several other Thai restaurants and it was nothing like this. We tried this place based on the reviews. I don’t understand how people could rate the food here as good? There are several other Thai restaurants in KW with far better quality food. We wasted $50 on a horrible meal. Save yourself the dissapointment and avoid eating here. Very poor food, quality flavour and...

Rude staff, awkward environment, and mediocre overpriced pho.

I ordered my food then proceeded to use the bathroom quick while I was waiting for the food to be ready, and while I was in the bathroom at this establishment, a worker walked in and demanded payment from me... and I hadnt even gotten the food yet... I wish I was making that up. To add to the situation, as I returned to my table... they had seated someone else where they sat me originally and told me to move... very rude. Finally, as I was finishing my meal, a worker just started staring at me intently right beside our table standing there for a good solid few minutes, it was very uncomfortable as they didn't leave until me and my partner were done eating then yanked the bowls rudely from us... Not sure what we did to deserve this as we were very polite and friendly towards them, but the whole resteraunt vibe was pretty off, very quiet, and weird to say the least.

The food was mediocre, nothing special, and honestly pretty overpriced in my opinion... $50 for two regular bowls of pho, and two cans of drinks is ridiculous. Definitely won't...

Oh My! The attention to detail was fantastic! We sit down and a hot cup of jasmine tea comes immidiately. This was greay especially when it is freezing cold outside! The food was DELICIOUS and the portions are well worth your money. We were driving and decided to stop in, hands down the BEST decision of the day! We order rice wraps and two pho soups one chicken on beef and both the flavor profiles were on point. Definately worth my time to write a review for all you to read. I love that at each table there was spoons chopsticks napkins and sauce for self serve. No waiting for anything! All I can say is Bring your appetite! Vie 💚💚💚

Second time coming here first time I liked the pho I ordered but this time I ordered Vermicelli and the price was way higher than the pho dau bo that i usually order vermicelli from (all the way at sunrise). it was definitely not worth $19. beef was too chewy, mint leaves were definitely old and tasted really bad. i wont be finishing it after having a few bites and I feel like I wasted my lunch. If you want vermicelli go to Pho dau bo I think its worth the drive even if you live near fairway road, also its like $13 there with shrimp and a spring roll.

Looking for a lighter meal before our flight. Place was empty so service was quick and efficient. We both ordered a vermicelli bowl and were delighted with the crispy freshness of the vegetable. The spring rolls were super tasty and very crisp and delicious. The beef stir fry was good, a few chewy bits but nothing too bad. Flavor was spot on but the heat could have been higher, so I added sriracha sauce. It was clean and comfortable, the pricing is competitive and reasonable. If we were ever to find ourselves here again, we would eat here.
