Food is decent nothing to rave about. Wine menus could be better as it’s pretty basic but all in all it was ok. The reason for the 1 star is the poor greeting right at the door before being seated and the poor attitude from Samantha. Right from we were seated she just isn’t a friendly person. Not a great host and def not a friendly waitress. My whole mood was thrown off from her greeting at the door. She just doesn’t give you a warm and welcoming feeling. Sort of like she doesn’t want to see us in there. I don’t know what it was about us that she didn’t like but due to her unfriendly vibe we won’t return and just couldn’t look past her to enjoy our meals.. We are weekly regulars at Ennios and decided to try something new. Don’t get me wrong this place has a nice atmosphere and decent food but the server really left a poor taste in our mouths. Not impressed. As a server you are to make your guests feel welcome and comfortable. Don’t act like you’re forcing yourself to be decent. We go out three times a week. Service always takes precedence over anything else. People want to feel welcomed and appreciated. She made us feel like we were begging to eat here and weren’t good enough for her to serve us properly. We usually tip 20 to 30 percent. Let me tell you I forced my basic tip out because I didn’t have the heart to leave her what I wanted. She just isn’t a nice person and you can tell. Or maybe you have to look a certain way to get her respect. Don’t judge a book by its cover miss. You never know who your serving and it shouldn’t matter anyways. If you want to work in hospitality then learn to be hospitable period. Service 0, food, 3, atmosphere 4. Won’t return due to waitress. My advice to the owners of this place do not let Samantha greet guests at the door and try to train her on customer service and how to make people feel welcome and appreciated. I know it’s hard to find staff so training is crucial. Basic customer service with a smile. Not forced fake smiles with attitude and chips on their shoulders. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and a heartfelt THANK YOU! Our son and his beautiful bride chose Rustico as their wedding venue and the results couldn't have been more perfect.

Rustico is a gem of a place. The Owners are fabulous and invested in providing the best atmosphere, service and food. They helped make the day so wonderful. We were able to 'take over' the restaurant around closing on Friday night. We rearranged and added our decorations to the already great backdrop.

The patio made for an exceptional location for the ceremony and the weather allowed for us to use both the indoor and outdoor space. Guests were able to move around. Food was plentiful, hot, fresh and the variety of cocktail hour appetizers was unmatched by any other venue I have been to. Dinner was in-house, hand stretched pizzas and the dessert buffet didn't last long. If you go for dinner order the donuts for dessert!

The restaurant staff were welcoming and ensured everyone felt seen - from the bar to the food, to clean up and a special order for a gluten-free guest. They were so accommodating.

We walked in this Monday night without a reservation expecting it may be a slow night. We were wrong. It was very busy but we were seated immediately inside. Our sever warned us that there may be a long wait because there were only 2 of them serving.

She was right. It took very a very long time. It was an hour before our drink order was taken. We were getting very impatient. I was expecting to write a poor review but despite the frustrating long wait the Rustico team won us over.

Our appetizers and entrees were all delicious - carefully plated and hot and high quality. The kitchen did not appear to be making compromises or mistakes despite the rush. We all enjoyed our meals. Our server did her best to acknowledge the long wait and our appetizers and entrees arrived within a fairly reasonable time.

We also tried our best to be very gracious as post covid lockdowns are bound to be affecting many restaurants in ways we may not be able to anticipate.

We were treated fairly when the bill came. Our server genuinely did her best to make everything right in the end, and we appreciated it very much. She made sure we will be back. It was a rough start but a very fair and professional end that left us with a good taste...
