Burger King — Restaurant in Kitchener

This by far has to be the worst Burger King. The outside is dirty. The building is falling apart. The lights are always off. It never looks like it’s open. The customer service is extremely poor. They don’t greet you very nicely at the drive-thru. I placed an order for two whopper, combos a double cheeseburger and an eight piece, chicken nuggets and of course, as I’m pulling away I’m feeling in the bag for the double cheeseburger. That is not there. I pull back around, go inside tell the lady that took my order that the burger is missing she implied that I substituted my chicken nuggets For the cheeseburger, I told her that’s not the order I placed she proceeded to tell me you got nuggets in your bag didn’t you as I replied yes cause I ordered them along with a double cheeseburger she said well we didn’t charge you for the cheeseburger. I was like OK can I just get the double cheeseburger that I had ordered And they proceeded to make a big deal out of it and showed me the receipt that I didn’t pay for it. I said I would pay for it if they could just make me the burger. I ended up leaving without the double cheeseburger. Not an apology. Not a...

Waited to order for 5 minutes - I was the only one in line. One of the staff who appears to be deaf and mute tried to get the attention of the other staff but they ignored him. They were all working on the drive-thru. Finally ordered a Whopper and Fish and the Whopper was ready right away but the fish they were making and said they would bring it to my table. I finished the Whopper and waited and waited then I went up to check on my fish. Again I waited for almost 5 minutes till someone attended to me. They forgot about my fish - had to show them my receipt - and she clarified I didn’t get the fish - and she was the one who said she would bring it to my table!! I get the fish and there is half a jar of mayo on it and they obviously did not let the grease drip off as it was dripping and the bun was soggy with the grease. I went back up to complain but again I waited and waited - the deaf dude again tried to get someone’s attention. I left it and decided to write this review instead. If I could give that establishment zero stars I would have. I went through the drive through around 9pm. Firstly, there was no staff that answered. I actually rolled back and forth a little ;give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps nobody heard. Still nothing. So I called out. Finally! There are employees in there! Asked for a combo #1 with a poutine instead and a few other things. The order was then REPEATED BACK TO ME and I proceeded to pay. After payment I was asked to pull around and wait by the door- as the food was not ready. (it was a ghost town. Now I know why). Over 5 minutes go by and an employee comes out with my order...Which was wrong.I was asked to go inside to straighten in out, the shift manager proceeded to charge me for the poutine I had ordered? According to them I ordered fries. This confused me as I clearly ordered a poutine.... It was repeated back to me! Then the manager called me a liar. After that I demanded a refund. Refused to refund anything as it's 'not possible in any way'. ...
