Dynamite Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

I used to patronize this place every weekend. I love that the offer shrimp and have battered mushrooms available. I was never a fan of their pizza but it wasn’t terrible I’m just fussy about my pizza crust! It’s really nice to have the option to choice different sauces other then tomato so that’s a plus! My biggest issue with this establishment is the price! I get that with the governments increase in minimum wage that it would effect these types of establishments but there are still other places where you can get similar great deals for much less! Ok maybe you can’t get the extras like shrimp and mushrooms on the menu but the garlic bread with cheese is always included! For a similar value you could get 2 pizzas and some sides including garlic bread with cheese for less and in one case to add battered mushrooms is way cheaper! Lastly my biggest concern with this establishment is that they charge an added fee to their customers for paying for delivery with debit! Not that that is a problem but that making customers pay over and above the fee for debit transactions then what the business is being charged for just to make a little more money...

Placed an order for two large pizzas, two pounds of chicken wings, order of wedges, Caesar salad and two pops. After not receiving our order after 1 hour, I called. I spoke with a lady who told us that they were "crazy busy" and the pizzas were coming out of the oven now. We continued to wait almost another hour before our food was finally delivered. One pizza was hot, the other pizza, the wedges and the wings were cold. I also ordered a can of Coke and they sent cream soda instead. I sent them a message telling them exactly what happened and all they told me was that they were busy and offered me a store credit of $20. My meal came to $57 and I would say at least $40 of that was food that was barely room temperature. My kids by then were very hungry and quite upset that the food was cold and their pop was wrong. Save yourself some hassle and headache and just order your pizza from another...

Absolutely delicious pizza for a very reasonable price, i'm addicted to the sauce they use and how freakin great the crust is. Never thought i'd find myself enjoying crust so much (enough i had to include that fact in this review heh..). The employees I've dealt with have been really great and even remember me and what i ordered last time. I don't know about other locations of this pizza place , but this one has been stellar for me personally.
