The last 2 experiences at KFC have finished me with doing any business with them again. The people who wait on me, are fine, it's management. I went for a family meal and came home and some of my food was missing. Since it's a bit of a drive, I didn't want to drive back but I called. The person I spoke to said, I could get the food the next time I went and anything else that I ordered would be at 50% off. I thought that was great. She took my name and food that was missing. About 3 weeks later I went back. Well, they said no one remembered the call, and they couldn't find my information, which they claimed was always on the computer. But after I objected enough, they said I could have the 50% off but not the food I was missing last time. I said why not, I paid for it?. They said I was already getting a deal. This was at least a month ago, and I only decided to post now, after seeing all the complaints. It's not the same at all anymore. One of the posters said, he had even called corporate office, but they didn't care since they're individual franchises. Read moreDespite having read numerous negative KFC reviews, I had a craving for a spicy Big Crunch sandwich! I advised the server I'd been reading a lot of negative reviews online, and she giggled, and just nodded her head, indicating she knew about the negative reviews. Knowing I was taking a risk eating from there, I asked that she please make sure my order was "a good one", lol... it was the fastest I've ever had an order filled at any KFC! Being skeptical, I checked the bag. Neither of my items were 'hot', but lukewarm at best, so I took my order home, and reheated everything. I added extra lettuce...since it was pretty scant...and a slice of tomato to the sandwich after retoasting the bun, and it was really good! The chicken was moist, crunchy, and tasty...and most importantly it was cooked through! I also got a poutine which looked like a gooey lump til I reheated it, lol! The fries and gravy were very good, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they used actual cheese curds, and not just chopped up mozzarella like so many other fast food joints! The place looked clean, service was polite and quick, and all in all, I really enjoyed the food!👍 My only real complaint was that I had to reheat...
Read morePlaced an order for delivery. The call centre refused to serve me because of my dietary requests related to disabilities. I was told to call the local store. I called the store, they were happy to accommodate my dietary needs. I was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour max. An hour passed I called and was told they were just cooking the food and delivery should be there within 15-20 minutes. No delivery, then I called back multiple times, no answer. Four hours after my first call, the delivery guy shows up. I told him, it was too late, I had already called another KFC and had them deliver food. Even that store did not give any condiments, utensils or napkins. I called the Homer Watson location and spoke with the manager on duty, she said they sent the driver out with the order two hours ago. I explained to her what took place. Terrible customer service. KFC has continued to decline in its service in recent years. I have even called the head corporate office, spoke with regional management, who said he did not really care that they are a private company and can do what they wish. I really think everyone should begin to boycott KFC to demonstrate consumer power until they change...
