To be honest, I am really disappointed with the employee named Ishita. I’m going to tell you the incident that happened with us we went to drive-through and we ask for an order and that time we only took around one minute no more than that and no one was behind us and then after she took the order, we went to the window and then just start to pick the order then she rudely said to us that you should not wait there too much we politely replied that there were no one was behind us, again She replied that it doesn’t matter and this is the first time that I really faced that much disappointment from Tim Hortons side and we came here because this is the best place. We are coming here since six months and we had a good time but this time I am really really disappointed I cannot express , there are a lot of hopes and Expectations we have from that Tim Horton but if we get that kind of service from that Tim Hortons probably I will think twice before coming to that Tim Hortons and I would like to add that please just give a warning or a suggestion to that employee that she should not talk like that she should be polite while talking to the customers I don’t want that you go and kick out her because I know Job is very necessary for everyone so please just teach her how to communicate or talk with customers. Thank you that’s all from my side....
Read moreFormal Review - This Tim Hortons, located on Fairway Road in Kitchener, is one of those classic Canadian spots where you can always count on a cozy coffee and quick bite. It’s a familiar stop for early-morning commuters, students needing a study break, or anyone just craving a double-double and a fresh donut. Whether you’re pulling through the drive-thru or popping in to sit for a bit, it gives off those casual, comforting Tim’s vibes we all know and love.
Inside, the setup is clean and straightforward with the usual menu staples—Timbits, breakfast wraps, steeped tea, and more. It’s also a chill spot to hang out if you need to kill time or catch up with someone. You’ll often see regulars chatting at tables, people grabbing takeout, or folks working on laptops with a hot drink nearby. Plus, the staff here are usually pretty quick and friendly, keeping the line moving even during the morning rush.
The location itself is super convenient—right off a main road and close to Fairview Park Mall, so it’s perfect for a pre-shopping snack or a stop after running errands. There’s also decent parking and bus stops nearby, which makes it easy to get to. Whether you’re fueling up for a busy day or just treating yourself to a maple dip donut, this Tim Hortons has you covered with that signature...

Edit done May 21st . After several days of waiting to hear back about the service I had last time I was there in the past week. I decided to change my review.
The old staff members are no longer there. They did an amazing job. They all quit for some reason they were the backbone of this store.
They were fast and very efficient. I didn't feel like I had to repeat my order. I didn't feel like I was just passing through. It felt like I mattered to those employees. It felt like my friends that would go in with me were valued.
When we went last time there was a huge lineup of cars. After 5 minutes of waiting and not moving very fast. My friend decided to run into the store there was only one person in front of her. We figured we'd be in and out faster I moved my vehicle out of the drive-thru and it took another 10 minutes to get out of the store. There was 12 vehicles in front of us in the Drive-Thru. The employees behind the counter weren't moving very fast several were just standing around.
The store was always full during the week. Now it's slowed down.
Bring back the old employees. And bring back the old standard. This new standard sucks. I am between several Tim Hortons and this one was my favorite. And no...
