KETO and GLUTEN-FREE FEAST! 😍 Lunch here always makes my day!! Mackenzie greeted me with a huge smile and graciously took care of my coupon. I dined-in ~ 11:30am and that is a great time to enjoy a quiet lunch here, with my feet basking in the sun 🌞 🌞 and my laptop plugged in (it was a working lunch). Can't beat free wifi! (Electrical outlet near the storefront window) The alfalfa sprouts were OH SO crispy and everything was fresh as can be. Thanks Pita Pit team for nourishing my body and for having great staff like Mackenzie! đŸ„° They also have a cute bingo program to encourage kids to eat healthier. đŸ’Ș Love that! Options for keto, omnivoire, OMAD, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free, hypoallergenic, grain-free, raw-foodist and paleo! All food groups are available and everhthing is so fresh n clean. A seriously well run business (Ive been here once a week, every week for a while now). 100% wheelchair accessible entrance, bathroom and dining area. Lots of parking!

Don't ever order from a delivery service app. Not the first time this has happened where I ordered through door dash and got a pita filled with nothing but lettuce. I got a buffalo chicken pita and they stuff it full of lettuce to make it look bigger. Nothing worse than a mouthful of dry lettuce without any sauce or anything. Not too mention there was probably half a normal sized portion of chicken in the pita as well. This was the real kicker, ordered a strawberry banana smoothie - small, and I get this tiny child sized drink that wasn't even the flavour I asked for. Ingredients were sour as well, it's like they used a rotting banana and you could really taste it. How can you justify charging nearly 5 dollars for something that size. Last time I will ever order from there again.

For the 2nd time in a row I had a bad experience at this place. First one was about 2 weeks ago as i walked into the store and a guy was cleaning the floor he stopped and came up to take my order after he did he put on clove but did not wash hands first before making my pita. Then again tonight I went there to order a pita and it had a big tear. It was just a mess plus I noticed a spray bottle that looked very dirty right next to the wraps.

EDIT: so only a few days after I posted this review and very nearly forgot about it Pita Pit support replied to this review and offered to make up for their stores mistake!!

This surprised me as I've never been contacted for an issue before, but they followed through and offered a free pita and drink for my next visit!

Then after this the manager of the establishment emailed me to see if there was anything else they could do and how she was very sorry for the inconveniences.

This has really turned me around on the whole thing and I think this may be the most professional Pita Pit I've been to with how they handled this situation! I know mistakes can be made, but owning up to it takes a good kind of joint to do!

ORIGINAL POST: We ordered 2 pitas while they were making them i noticed one was smaller and I asked to make sure if they were both the normal pita size. They assured me they were, and I was in a hurry to go so I believed them as I had PAYED for 2 normal pitas.

When I got home and we unwrapped them, I had gotten the Pita and my fiance had gotten a Pitita, for hers was much smaller than mine. We ended up just eating them because I figured that going back would be too much of a hassle over 3$ difference in pita but honestly it is such a rip off and very unprofessional.

Worst part was they weren't even busy.

Wouldn't recommend, visit a different pita pit where you can get your...

Unfriendly Service & Missing Items 1020 Ottawa St. North location.

My son and I visited when the place was empty, so we expected quick and attentive service. Unfortunately, the two staff members—one at the counter and one making the pita—were unfriendly and unwelcoming. No smiles, no basic courtesy; it felt like they were doing us a favor just by taking our order or answering questions- not like we were paying customers.

Even my teenage son noticed, saying, "This place is not friendly
the girl seemed pissed to serve us." When a teenager picks up on that kind of attitude, it says a lot.

To make matters worse, after we left and started eating, we realized they forgot to include the grilled veggies in the pita—something we paid for and didn’t get to enjoy. The meat was also very little, maybe a tablespoon or 2 for a regular sized pita. Between the rude service and the incomplete order, it was a disappointing experience all around.

Good customer service and order accuracy should be the bare minimum. Hopefully, management addresses these issues. Won’t be returning unless...

I am a super hot guy who works out, and the only place hot enough for me is that place. Thanks. Edit - I am awarding you guys second best pita pit. Or third. The last time I was there, I thought my pita was too small, and I felt like Carrie having pigs blood dumped on me. But now I think it wasn’t intentionally a small pita that you pretended was a regular, and otherwise your location is good. I have not went back just because all I could think of was pigs blood when I thought of that location since getting that tiny pita. But otherwise you cook everything well, aren’t stingy on the avocado, and in an emergency I could see going back there. But I have a new pita pit now. Edit - I think you guys did give me a regular size pita, the pigs blood curse is removed from me. Your pita pit is tied for number one now. Congratulations. But if I don’t go to that one anymore, it is because people in that area of the neighbourhood are mean to me and I am scared of them. That is why I was paranoid about the pita being too small. I thought you were friends with them and trying to be...
