Why Google don’t allow to give -ve ratings? The quality of pizza was ridiculous. The cheese amount on the pizza was very less. So we complained to the customer service, and they asked the store to get us a new pizza. Later on we got a call from the store for giving them the previous pizza back. Till that time almost half of the pizza was eaten as we all were very hungry and waiting for pizza. When we complained we were not ask to get the previous pizza back earlier. So after the call from store, we dint ate the remaining pizza and kept it to give it back. After waiting for 50 mins, the driver came with the another pizza, and in addition to that, the delivery driver was very very rude. He abused us and said bad to my mother, and sister again and again. As per his thinking, we dint pay him TIP, so the new pizza was a free service. He told me, “if you have guts, then come to the store and give the pizza back.” He rudely said, “you don’t get a pizza without paying for it.” So he deliberately meant, we asked for the new pizza and complaint about the quality for getting a pizza for free. He dint even get the new pizza out from the bag, and after such behaviour, I put the old pizza on his bag by saying keep this pizza also back and we don’t want it anymore. He threw the box on the bench and said, “your number and address is already with us, you are already blocked. So don’t even try to order from us.” Such kind of ridiculous service is intolerable. Driver should be taught some manners. We are not the only customers, who have complained about the service and the quality of food at this store. We checked, and there are mostly all bad reviews mentioning about THE BAD, RUDE, AND ABUSIVE ATTITUDE of store employees and the delivery driver specifically. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever.

I request the franchisee to take this forward and ask the owner to take some actions against such rude employees. We dint pay 22 bucks for such ridiculous behaviour.

@Franchisee Manager: please check other comments as well for this specific store, and you will get to know we are not the only one with the complaints of food quality, and rude behaviour of employees. There are plenty of more reviews with unsatisfactory customer service was experienced by other customers too.

Never going to order from pizza...

Do not buy a panzerotti here if you do not want to eat raw dough (see picture)!

While the staff seemed friendly enough, we ordered 2 panzerottis, got them home and began eating them, only to notice that inside each of them was A LOT of raw dough. From the picture you can see how much of the dough was raw, and it kind of looks like cheese. We called Pizza Pizza back (central processing, not specifically the store) and they said they would have the restaurant re-make them for us properly. I confirmed that they would be cooked all the way, and the person I spoke to assured me they would. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the second round of panzerottis, the man making the pizza commented that the panzerottis would basically be the exact same as they were before (uncooked dough throughout). He then asked if I wanted them baked instead, but it was unclear why he would need to bake them to get them cooked and so I said no. In the end, I requested my money back, which they agreed to, but not before he tried to convince me that uncooked was the only way it could be and that many people are happy eating them that way.

As I re-examined the menu, I realized that the issue is they make both Calzones (baked 'pizza pockets'), and panzerottis (friend 'pizza pockets'), and that by frying the dough, the inside would never fully be cooked. So basically, buyer beware that you should not order a panzerotti if you do not want to eat raw dough, but that you can order a calzone for a...

Here, delivery people dont know how to talk to customers. I once got a bad pizza taste was off because I ordered many times from here, and I can tell the difference. So I called customer service and talked about the taste of it, this happened for the 1st time I ever complained. So next time when I order pizza the owner(as per driver he was owner of the store) came to deliver the pizza and started tell that I will put you guys on black list, dont say this thing for my store and kept on saying open the box and check the pizza. He stated all this in a rude way. I complained by calling customer service so they change the driver next time I order. The same thing happened again , I ordered pizza , and a drive came and kept on saying check it check it in a rude way and has a lot of attitude. I dont know what kind of attitude they are having. It happens now as well different driver comes and all say the same thing. Check it in a rude way as they have noted down my name like this was the guy who complained, so ask him to check and funny part is they dont take payment until and unless I check the pizza lol.Well, I will check, but ask in a nice way dont have to show attitude. I love pizza pizza but were I live only this store delivers unfortunately.

I see many people have complained about the same thinks like when they complain they get rude customer service from the owner. Seems like this reviews are worthless as still we are having same issue...
