Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Kitchener

I have come here at least 3 times a week since its opened, and my experience EVERY TIME has been a 10/10. I honestly wish there was seating because I love the vibe that much. Every single person behind the counter has been very kind. One morning I was dealing with some challenging personal issues. I went to order and began to cry. The manager asked if there was anything she could do and then gave me my coffee on the house. It makes me sick that other people on here are commenting about someones hair and face. The managers hygiene has always looked just fine to me. (Everyones has on that note).

I LOVE one barista in particular. It's really nice to have such a genuine connection with a person with GREAT ENERGY!!!! She makes my mornings She also calls me "girl", but because I understand calling someone "girl" is the same as calling them "friend", except its feminine comrodary, I dont get mad or offended.

Having two businesses myself I really appreciate the high level of customer service, and I hope anyone who works there and reads the negative reviews about face cream and saying "girl" understands that some people can find anything to complain about and get offended by! I wish I could write a review about their attitudes!!!

I just read the review before mine and I had a similar experience. The person who served me says she was the manager but she had no idea what she was doing?? I was there earlier this week and the person who served me looked like she had just rolled out of bed - when I asked her how long she had been working she said she was the Manager and she was always working. All I can say is, a little shampoo and some face cream might help. I get that not everyone wears make up but you can still look polished without make up and when working with the public how can you feel its ok to present yourself looking like you...

This locations staff is next level! I have a young son soon to be 13 who absolutly adores this place. He often works chores to run over after or before school to get his oreo mocha frapp. He raves about these employees even knoeing some of them by name. Ive been in multiple times to thank these employees for the the kindness they offer my young son ethan. Everytime im in to thank them they know exactly who im talking about. However i wanted to leave a nice tip to these fine young folk and lesrned this location isnt allowed tips due to zehrs policy! Now that is a shame as they truly r...
