After going to Lifelabs in the plaza my wife had noticed this restaurant within the Greenbrook Plaza.

So she said “ Hey Honey, why don’t we give this place a try?”well I replied “ sure We’re here, why not?”.

Well we enter restaurant and were greeted by our sever Camille. We were quickly seated and were asked what we would like to drink and she promptly got our drinks. My wife had a coffee and I had a ginger ale and my wife said the coffee was surprisingly very good and tasty.

My wife ordered fries with gravy, garlic bread with cheese and onion rings. I ordered a burger with fries and topping on the burger were tomatoes, onion, and mustard. The total bill came to $48.81 after tax and before tip which is pretty fair. All the food was very tasty and hot.

We also got a piece of baklava and carrot cake which were each good size and for those the bill was $8.42 with tax.

But overall the service was amazing as was the food and we very impressed. And we will go there again in the future, as this was our 1st visit to this restaurant. Thank you for the...

This was my second visit. First time was a couple of months ago and I raved how good it was.....sadly, not today. Today I had the lamb kebab lunch special, no olives please. The salad came with olives, I picked them out, not the end of the world. Of the 5 cubes of lamb on the skewer, 2 were just chewy and inedible. Rice was cooked nicely but had zero flavour. The 2 pieces of potato were delicious, best part of the lunch. The salad was terrible. Aside from the onions, it too was inedible....soggy and mushy veg yuck. The server smiled and chuckled when I told her the salad was no good. She brought me the bill and I asked to be credited. The cook came out and told me he cuts the veg daily. That's great and I'm not faulting him for mushy veg but please don't serve garbage and expect me to pay for it. Reluctantly, he took the overpriced $2.99 glass of fountain pop coca cola off my bill....

This is our neighbourhood restaurant, and the likelihood of frequenting this establishment significantly was very high, until today that is. We have visited on several occasions, with the service and food being good, but I didn't appreciate having the debit machine shoved in my face while I was trying to finish my lunch at 2pm so the server could get her tip before she left for the day. ....and the tip was probably not as high as it could have been had I been given the time to think about the percentage (not easy with a person hovering over your shoulder). Did not leave a great taste in my mouth (pardon the pun). Not sure I will be returning too quickly. Dining out is the entire experience from start to finish! I realize this is not fine dining, but it's still...

Souvlaki Grill has become my go-to spot for breakfast, and I can’t recommend it enough! Whether I’m starting my day with one of their delicious breakfasts or occasionally stopping by for lunch or dinner, the food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to Christina, my regular server, and Robert, the owner. They are truly exceptional hosts who make every visit feel special. Christina’s friendly service and attention to detail always ensure a fantastic dining experience, and Robert’s passion for his restaurant shines through in every aspect. If you’re looking for great food and outstanding hospitality, Souvlaki Grill is the place to be!

While in Kitchener on a work trip found this restaurant in a strip mall , compact but full !! Seems to be a local favourite. Menu selection is good with a few daily specials. We ordered fish & chips , cooked well, crispy with tasty tartar sauce & Cole slaw. The cheese burger was grilled perfectly and the side order of garlic bread was tasty. Our server was pleasant and friendly. Fun fact : the tip on their machine started at 10%. !!!!!! and not 18% like in Toronto.
