Pyramid Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Kitchener

So if anyone has seen my previous review. You would see that It wasn't very good. The previous one, just to recap was: I went there about 2 and a 1/2 months ago to get some wings. I've always gotten there so my favorite place to go and when they made the wings I got home. I should have checked them but I usually don't because I've been having such a great experience so I didn't bother checking them. They were burnt, they were disgusting, they smelled horrible and I took them back. And the guy said oh we hadn't cleaned the vat un a while, and said they don't clean the fryer vat that often, maybe twice a week, he alsi said there were a new guy and they hadn't trained him on that yet. So that was the jist of the situation. I let them know my experience and I wasn't happy and I just didn't want it. They offered another pound, i asked if they were going to clean the vat out and that id wait, they said that they weren't able to clean the vat right now, I just asked for my money back, and they did. I went back recently and it was a lot better. I think it was a manager and he was nice and apologized for it. Since then I've had it twice and this was in the last month. Maybe 3 weeks, so yeah, I'm giving Pyramid pizza back a 4/5 star where they were before because like I said it was my favorite place to go. The pizza is amazing. The wings are amazing. Only place to really go and get good wings in my opinion, even though you have all the pubs, restaurants and all those things I find their wings are the best and at excellent value as well. So good job pyramid my pizza. Keep up the great work. I'll be back and continue to tell everyone i know to go to the Wetsstmount and...

I ordered pizza from this location this afternoon and when speaking to the staff over the phone, I inquired if they have salami and if it was halal to which they responded yes. Once the order was picked up and brought home, I noticed that it was not the regular circular salami used but square pieces so I called the location back. Once I asked if their salami was halal, the staff spoke in his language to ask someone else and then said “one second” muted himself and then came back saying it is not halal. So I explained what the issue with my order and he was adamant that I never asked if it was halal although he says he wasn’t the person who took my order. He also states that the system shows I never inquired but what system is this? This staff refused to replace the pizza and stated to wait till Wednesday to speak with the manager for a pizza I ordered on Monday?? After a lengthy conversation going back and forth, we settled on a small pizza and I took a loss. What surprised me was when I went to pick up the pizza. This staff was making pizza with rings, bracelet and watch which is definitely a contamination hazard. This staff also went into his back pocket to use his phone midst making pizza. I did let this staff know that I will be getting hold of the manager in regard to his poor customer service skills and lack of properly...

Will not order again. An order was placed for delivery after an hour we called back and was told it would be there in a couple minutes. After another 40 minutes called back and was told that we ordered for pick up then continued to tell we must of called a different location then turn around and say they could have it to us in 5 mins. We ended up cancelling order. Drove there reordered with slight variations. With no surprise our order from 2 hours prior was sitting on top of oven to top it off when going back to do the reorder of wings they grabbed the box of previously ordered wings and was trying to hide the box where they mix the wings in hopes of reusing. I called them out on this and said they were going to throw them out... which should have done long before I got there over 2hours past initial order. All this done not knowing we were the ones that ordered the first order as well. Using someonelse' s old order to fill a new customer's order not good...
