I visited this branch on Friday 23rd July at 5:30pm. I came there direct from the job and ordered cold brew vanilla and potato wedges. When I ask for potato wedge during order there was one Punjabi person Manpreet who were taking my order, at first glance he told we don’t have potato wedges and few seconds later he said if you can wait 5min it will be ready. I said no problem I took my coffee and seated. Then I asked for sugar so he told me wait few minutes. I was like giving sugar will not take even few seconds I wait there 1/2min. and he forgot me and started making other orders even though I was in front of him. He was clearly ignoring me. I felt really bad because I was already waiting for my other order, even I was not able to drink a coffee during that period. Then later I asked for sugar to one other local girl (wearing spectacles) she was behaving really politely and she gave me sugar. She apologized and asked me for donut but I refused. I waited for potato wedges for 13min. I don’t care about waiting for potato wedges but waiting for sugar can be irritating, when someone is continuously ignoring us. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to your location at 700 Westmount, Kitchener. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the standard of service I expect from Tim Hortons.
During my visit, the staff appeared inattentive to in-store customers, prioritizing other tasks while my order was delayed by 30 minutes. When I approached the team to inquire about my order, I was met with an unprofessional response—being told that I "should have reminded them" about it. This was not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional.
Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the location was concerning. The store appeared unhygienic, with visible messes that were not being attended to. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was extremely rude, making the entire experience even more unpleasant.
I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure better customer service and cleanliness at this location. I appreciate your time in looking into this matter and would like to know what steps will be taken to improve the service...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons, I witnessed a team member named Jameelah yelling at other employees in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Her tone was so loud that customers, including myself, could clearly hear it, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I even filed a complaint about her behavior, but I don’t think any action was taken. Additionally, I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich with an extra egg, paid for it, and still didn’t receive what I ordered. Another concerning incident was when my son went to apply for a job. The manager, Nahid, told him they weren’t hiring, but moments later, she accepted a resume from another applicant. It seemed like she was only hiring people from her own community. The new employees they hire can barely speak English properly and struggle to take orders correctly. I am not racist, but I have noticed that the older staff was much better than the new hires. If the owner wants to save this restaurant, they need to step in and fix these problems.
