Blaxton St-Romuald — Restaurant in Lévis

Waited 40 minutes. Finally served with an apology and "free dessert" because of slow service because they were "so busy tonight." Except in a restaurant that advertises 400 seats, I counted exactly 11 customers. My $38 steak arrived tepid, and that was OK, except I didn't have a fork or a napkin. Some time later when I was asked for the umpteenth time, "Is everything perfect?" I answered, "No, I really need a fork." The answer was, "We are so busy, I'm terribly sorry." For the first time in my 71 years , I stiffed a server. I feel terrible about that, but I was asked if everything was "perfect" just one too many times, and it was the only option I had for posting a civil complaint. (The manager who offered free dessert at the start had conveniently disappeared.) Customer service? Zero. Food? OK if you don't mind cold steak. I did enjoy my vegetables which were still warm, tasty carrots. When we began the evening, I assumed that we would return tomorrow since we are in a hotel nearby. Not gonna...

Many options menu but the food isn't good. Not bad, but for the price it is not worth going back there. The chicken on the pizza looked and tasted like something you can buy at a Walmart that has been pre cooked and cut. The sauce on the pizza tasted something out of a bottle from Kraft. My fish and chip was bland. And another time I had General Tso's chicken and the chicken looked and tasted like chicken nuggets out of a box. For this price and the look of the restaurant I was expecting much more from the food. Great, great...

Very nice sports bar to go enjoy watching your favorite teams alone or with a large group. The food is very tasty and the quality in great but a bit pricier than other places. The atmosphere is great, modern, clean and airy. The service was very polite, Efficient and very accommodating to our needs/demands. They even have a beautiful covered patio to take in some fresh air even when it rains. Location is also a plus considering its right besides the major highways and right in the middle of a shopping...
