2 hungry travelers were on A20 and decided to get off the road in Levis QC area. This was a chance find and a good one too.

The place offers an extensive selection of meats, fish, poultry, soups and pastas. We had 4 items. All were very good.

Service is friendly and efficient. The place is large but you will have privacy at your table.

The location is close to A20 but is convenient and easy to get to if you are in the QC - Levis area. If you are looking for a good place to go for your dining pleasure Evolution is a choice to look...

Bravo to the chef!!! We had an awesome experience! Our meal outstanding and our server Jordan, amazing and so very knowledgeable. We tried a variety of small plates. The attention to detail, the pairing of flavours and textures…crazy fantastic! It is hard to pick a favourite but here it goes: the ravioli would bring tears of joy to my Nona’s eyes! The chevici, was simply amazing….perfectly cut Mahi-mahi and the combo of flavours….outstanding! Our experience 10/10…on point in every aspect. Bravo to all involved in this...

An absolutely amazing place. We started with planches of charcuterie and specials. The specials included maple-glazed pork ribs, sea snails with mushrooms, oysters, and a beef tartare. All tasty and original. Our mains (cod tartare, elk tataki, and cod fish and chips) were also delicious and well-presented. The wine list featured some good options both in bottle and by the glass. The service was friendly and attentive. I could not recommend this place highly...
