Customer service seems to not exist at this location anymore. The last 2 times i have ordered the man answering the phone seemed offended that i even called, rude, cut me off repeatedly. The last order i placed was sent to the wrong address, after an hour and 15 minutes i called back, they told me it wouldnt be long and rushed me off the phone. 10 minutes later the delivery guy calls me because he's at the wrong address. When he finally shows up half my order is missing, he tells me its in the car and he'll be right back. I then get a call saying he doesnt have it but he'll be back with it in 15 minutes. It has now been 45minutes and i have called the restaurant again and was rushed off the phone again by the same rude man.. absolutely horrible experience. We order delivery all the time from our station in Brossard. I would believe tonight that our decision is final. We will no longer be ordering from Benny Laprairie. Every week there seams to be reduced portions and increased prices. An excellant chicken sandwich 3 inches thick for 5.50$ was absolutely amazing back in the day. Now this same chicken sandwich is far from the same. Hardly an inch thick and over 7$. Things just keep getting worst. The boxes would be over flowing with fries.Now you get a hand full. So in conclusion station 44 team 3 in Brossard will be ordering...

Ordered a classic poutine for 2, got a chicken poutine instead. Friend started eating from it because he didn't know I ordered a classic which is supposed to be without chicken. I don't eat chicken so I went back in with the poutine that was eaten a little. Requested a new poutine, big guy manager came in and said I shouldn't have eaten it, told him friend didn't know so he ate a little. Finally got a classic poutine replacement with 6 little chunks of cheese in it. Wow ! Just look at this picture, no cheese ! Ruining your reputation over a poutine WOW. Never going back...
