Benny&Co Lachute — Restaurant in Lachute

My family and I go to Benny's a few times a month. But this location was not like the rest. There were 4 of us, we went through the drive thru at 315pm. 2 of us wanted chicken wraps. The food took close to 25 to be prepared and the drive thru was empty as well as the inside of the restaurant. The chicken wraps arrived and they were wrapped so badly, they were falling apart all over the box, it looked like they only had enough chicken for 1 wrap but stretched it out to make 2. It was the messiest and most cheapest portion of chicken we've ever had at Benny's. Very disappointed. Will never go back to...

We waited at least 45 minutes to get our meal! We were a group of 5 adults and 1 teen. Simple orders!! But it took forever why?! Our friends got their meal first and we got ours last and everyone were already done eating! It was our first visit in a Benny and last!! St Hubert has always been my favorite and I understand why ! Only reason we went to that restaurant franchise is because that was my friend son wanted to eat there. Disapointed! First and last visit.

The cashier was super mean when I was ordering, she kept on rushing me, I told her I'm sorry I wasn't ready, she kept on saying "what else" in French. The place was empty, there was no reason for her to act this way.
