This is a charming place in the center of Lachute's Main Street. They serve light meals - soup, Sandwich and salad, quite nicely presented on the plate and tasty; there are also different kinds of coffees and deserts. There is a little terrace on the sidewalk to be seen and look. In the past they did have live musicians outside. The decor is very nice, everything looks new and clean. Stopped for lunch with my husband. He had the smoked meat grill cheese and I had the special of the day (bacon, pear, spinach, cheese sandwich with beet and feta salad). Food and coffee were fabulous! Portion sizes were perfect with great service and friendly atmosphere! Would definitely come back! WE CAME BACK! Our family of nine including 2 children has the opportunity to eat at Cafe Infusion on Monday, October 9th. Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are all delicious, fresh and original. They use vegetables in may of their recipes, however they do not overpower the tastiness of the meal. We had their grilled cheese, chicken and cranberry sandwich, cajon chicken sandwich, salads including beet and cesar. The bread on their sandwiches is served warm. My stepson has the burger with bacon or should I say the "baconator". Coffee and dessert was outstanding! Service was excellent! Nous sommes de retour! Always my destination for lunch when visiting. The food is very well prepared and always delicious. The soups are homemade as are the desserts. I usually grab a soup and bread lunch special on the weekend. It comes with two large slices of Brie, warm baguette And a green salad. I am never disappointed.
