Lachute Pizza — Restaurant in Lachute

I had finally found a great submarine in Lachute, after 3 years of trying different places. I decided to try the souvlaki, which unfortunately only comes in the form of chicken, so I ordered the gyros plate. I wanted a pita on the side, but nobody bothered to explain that a pita bread comes with the plate, so when it arrived, I paid $33.00 including tip. After eating, I realized that what I paid was ridiculous for an originally priced plate of $16. I called the restaurant to ask for an explanation and some kind of redemption, like a credit but all they did was make it seem like I should have known and offered no credit of any kind. I came here for the first time on the Friday before the labor day weekend. Came here because Carole's restaurant just down the block where I usually go when in Lachute was packed. I was hungry and ordered a medium vegetarian pizza without cheese (I'm vegan). You might think this is strange but I've ordered this before in different places and it's actually been quite good. (still miss cheese!) I was critical of this particular pizza though because there was very little sauce on it and the pizza crust was quite thick and bready. The toppings we're good though and this along with a salad that I ordered, satisfied my hunger. My friend ordered an all dressed pizza and enjoyed it. Ordered at 18h20, we called back at 19h30, they said the order just got out for delivery and was on the way. * it's 7 minutes from the main street to our house in the worst weather condition.* At 20h10 the food finally arrived, cold, so cold it looks like it was left outside in the freezing temperature. We had to reheat everything and let me tell you, when you reheat a sub sandwich in the microwave it's just awful, same thing with the gyros but I was still hopefull for my chicken wings even if they had to go in the microwave too, turns out it was not great either, they were dry. Neeever ordering at this place again. Waiting almost 2h for 3 cold meals who you have to reheat for them to become dry and hard, who cost 64.50$ in total with tips is just...
