Went out of my way to come to eat here. I heard it was super good food which I dont doubt by the smell of it. It was super busy which I get since it was dinner rush.

We were asked to order we gave them our order and when we tried tell her what we wanted on our food she gave us attitude and told us to wait. Then proceeded to take 10 other orders. People that walked in after us walked out eating the same exact stuff we ordered. We felt ignored. We ended up leaving do to this and going to top shot where it was also busy but we had way better service.

I dont know if she disliked me due to me being English but then again she also shrugged off my partner who is French.

I was excited to eat there but im disappointed about how they treated us :/

They need a better ticketing system because they have to keep asking customers what they ordered. They should only allow 5 customers at a time and start a line outside to...

Another favourite spot in Lachute. You do have to wait in line to give your order. Pay CASH. Waching the four people behind the counter is an amazing sight! The way they efficiently take orders, prepare the containers with chips, pickles, etc., and serve the take-out window too. The seating area is small. However in the summer there are a few tables and chairs with umbrellas next to the take out window. In addition, in the rear, there is a garden style seating on benches, some in the shade under trees. They make the best hamburger and fries with a small coleslaw. Absolutely amazing. Great food. Only ordered a Large poutine. Good fresh fries, crispy, well cooked. Not salty, but still tasty. Good amount of cheese, sauce, "but I basically like soups, so I asked for extra sauce, it was free of charge" and was basically perfect. Sauce is thick and delicious, not watery and salty. Very affordable for the price and quantity, quality. Cashier was extremely nice, respectful, knew what she was doing. Was VERY busy, and didn't wait long, maybe 3 or 4 minutes. And an EXTREMELY PLEASURABLE note, the prices are shown WITH TAX. As someone who LOVES to calculate and know what I'm gonna pay, I couldn't ask for better.
