5 stars as the customer service I received from Panago’s was amazing! After posting my not so favourable review last Wednesday, I received a call on Friday from the owner asking about my disappointing order. It turns out the GF crust I enjoyed in Duncan has been changed. Could he send some to Ladysmith for my next order? And I had a $59 credit waiting for me. Was it better? Yes, yes it was! A seriously pedestrian pizza. It said a large was to be $15, no, it’s $21 when you get to checkout, plus delivery. I ordered pepperoni, sausage and mushroom, some pieces actually had all three, on one piece! They are also short of cheese it seems. Don’t get a lot of cheese for $15, I mean $21 bucks. This location and the South Nanaimo location have given amazing support to the Ladysmith non profit programs - through fundraisers, donations and school lunch program, Slava never hesitates to contribute however he can!
