I don't know what happened to this pizza place but in the last year it has gone way down hill. We have been ordering from them but the quality of pizza has gone down hill.
Tonight was the last straw we found a sharp plastic piece in our pizza on the 2nd slice. When I called to talk to them I was put on hold with them not even checking if it was okay to put me on hold.
When I finally got through to tell them about the sharp plastic piece they wouldn't give us a refund they didn't even acknowledge that it came from them. They wouldn't replace the pizza just a next pizza is free. We are never ordering from this place again!
The other issue was the pasta, it smelled sour, the "garlic" toast was a piece of half cooked store bought sliced regular white bread. For a place that raised it's prices the quality isn't there.
I've very disappointed my 5 star review changed to a 1 if I could give a negative star I would. Do your family a favor and don't order from here. It's not worth your safety.
Just an Update! I spoke with the owner Sean and he was very nice and understanding. We came to a peaceful conclusion. Sounds like a business man trying working hard to supply the area with pizza. I hope everything works...
Read moreThis is the second time we ordered from Canadian Two Four One and this is the second time the screwed up our order. Last time they forgot toping and did not do a well done crispy crust. The pizza was also stone cold upon delivery. We called the mgr who said he would give us a credit for a free pizza next time. This time, we called in an order but no record of a credit, Al though the guy did give us half off this time. But they showed up 15 minutes early so we were not yet home from work. As such, the pizza was again stone cold. In addition, they did not do crispy well done crust. Time to look elsewhere for a new...
Read moreGreat, fresh tasting pizza! Canadian 2-for-1 is one of the few “original” restaurants in Lake Country - it’s been around for years, which is a testament to its food quality. It’s not the cheapest pizza place in town, but you get what you pay for! Your other option is Dominos, which is gross unless you order double cheese, extra sauce and toppings, and by then you’re looking and a comparable price point! At Canadian, you don’t need to pay for “extras” to make the pizzas taste good, they always have a generous amount of toppings and cheese as-is. It is our family’s favourite local pizza restaurant....
