My fiancé and I LOVE Indian food and we are usually loyal to a fabulous Indian restaurant in Glenmore... But since we live in Lake Country, we decided to give Made In India a try last tonight. We ordered the exact same dishes so we could give it a fair chance: 1 butter chicken, 1 korma chicken, 2 rice, 3 naan and 2 samosas. Here was our experience:
PROS: The food was very tasty... maybe not quite as good as our beloved Glenmore restaurant, but a very decent alternative considering its proximity to us. Staff was friendly, our order was 100% correct, and food was still hot after our 15-min drive home. Also, Made in India was much more generous with the amount of chicken in our dishes than our usual restaurant!
Portion size: very generous. We had plenty for dinner the next night (and we like BIG portions). I think I enjoyed the food even more the second day!
Price: fair. Our order was around $50 which fed two “foodie” adults two full meals.
CONS: the only “con” was the naan. It was tasteless! It really lacked flavour and almost tasted “watery”... We didn’t like it.
The Verdict: We will definitely order from Made In India again. Highly recommend!
EDIT: we have ordered from Made in India several times now since my original review. It is ALWAYS outstanding. Tonight we decided to try the naan again and I’m happy to report it has dramatically...

I wanted to leave a comment on this restaurant Made In India we have always eaten at the one in Kelowna .We were on our way to the airport today and mu husband see The restaurant so we said let's go there for supper before we leave to the airport .I'm really glad we did Kal had the goat dish and I had the Tikka Chicken cooked in the Tandorri oven the chicken was cooked just perfect and so tender and very tasty. We always orders Saffron and Clintro Nana Bread and Rita everything was outstanding .I Rate it 4.8 .I would differently come back again.And I highly recommend this restaurant. The the Waitress was excellent she came bye all the time asked how the food was and if we needed anything else Thank you for the very good service and the great food keep it .Karen...

Made in India (Lake Country location) is a fantastic find. The staff and service are absolutely top notch. Extremely polite and takeout is quick and efficient. The butter chicken is consistently good and loaded with meat and sauce. The rice is fresh and plentiful. The samosas are massive and delicious with their accompanying sauce. The Naan is fresh and authentic. This likely won't be the best Indian food that you've ever had, but it's consistently good especially for a small town lacking in diverse food options. The staff and service are what give Made in India an edge. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. You could easily feed a family of 4 for 40$, and takeout for 2 can be had...
