WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY EVER.LAST TIME OUR ORDER WAS SCREWED UP,GAVE A COUPON STAFF MEMBER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.EVEN SENT EMAIL TO MANAGER WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US WAY TO MANY TIMES.WHERE THE FOOD IS KEPT NOT VERY CLEAN.I DO NOT THINK STAFF HAVE DONE THE FOOD SAFE PROGRAM.THE BOARD WHERE SUBS ARE MADE IS DIRTY AND IN BETWEEN EACH SUB THE KNIFE IS NOT CLEANED.WHEN MAKING THE SUBS STUFF IS DROPPING IN WRONG CONTAINERS.GOD FORBID SOMEONE HAS AN ALLERGY.YOU CAN TELL THE STAFF DOESN'T LIKE THEIR JOBS,LIKE SERIOUSLY YOUR NOT HAPPY GET A JOB ELSEWHERE.THE TIME BEFORE WE WENT IN FOR SUBS AND THERE WAS A LARGE GROUP THAT CAME IN AFTER US,THERE WAS NO HAM OR TURKEY WHICH I COMMENTED TO THE YOUNG MAN WORKING THERE I OVERHEARD HIS COWORKER SAY THERE IS MORE IN THE BACK AND HE BRUSHED HIM OFF SO WE DIDNT GET OUR DINNER.THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN AN EATING ESTABLISHMENT PERIOD.WE NOW GO TO THE ONE AT THE AIRPORT ALWAYS CLEAN ALWAYS STOCKED.AFTER EACH SUB UTENSILS ARE CLEANED TO NO CROSS CONTAMINATION AND THE BOARD WHERE SUBS ARE MADE ARE WIPED DOWN AFTER EACH SUB,.THE STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY SO THATS WHERE WE WILL GO FROM NOW ON.IF I COULD HAVE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN...
Read moreOk normally every time I have come to this location it’s always been amazing the employees always went above and beyond for us. But tonight after a long day I wanted to take my hubby out as we haven’t had a date night in awhile. We noticed on the door it says closing at 8 tonight. I guess when we went in it was 4 mins after 8 but the guys let us come in anyways. My hubby ordered a steak chicken ranch something or other. And I ordered a steak and bacon. Both of us wanted double cheese toasted and the works. Got 2 cookies and a drink. Anyways the total came to 39.43. So we get out to our car.. STARVING! Have a bite or two of my usually delish sandwhich to realize I had no cheese, Raw bacon, absolutely NO Veggies and my usually delish sandwich tasted like A$$! My hubby said his was delicious but noticed he had no cheese and to me it seemed like his sandwich was double filled. I’m going to ASSUME he had what was supposed to be on mine. Read moreI was in yesterday, the young man who took my order, didn’t greet me at all just stood there looking at me waiting for me to order. I had to repeat what meat I wanted. He shuffled the sandwich over and looked up, again not saying anything. I asked for cheese. Finally he said “toasted?” I said no. Again, same thing happened with veggies, he stood there waiting for me to say what I wanted. He wasn’t very friendly, very quiet and didn’t have any hustle. I totally understand that some people aren’t people persons but don’t get a job where you are dealing with the public if you can’t be friendly, talk to customers and even smile. His hair was up and very messy, I received a small line of mayo and asked if they had more, but there was none which seems odd. I’m a bit worried that he seems very unhappy and miserable and I hope management takes the proper time to talk to him and make sure everything’s ok.
