Horrible customer service. Ordered two drinks and two wraps. I received one drink at first but realized it was wrong. Handed it back to the worker who put it with the rest of the drinks to be served to the customers behind us in the drive through. I thought this was odd as it should have gone right into the garbage. They hand us the right drinks and then a bag of food which was not what we ordered. We informed the worker who got the manager and they asked us to confirm our order. We asked if we could keep the food as it would go in the garbage anyway, she quickly and rudely said no but that was fine. I still saw the drink we had given back still sitting in the spot with other orders for behind us. Now this food has been touched by us and I felt something was off about this whole situation. So I crushed the food in the bag before handing it back as it was not appropriate to be served to the next customer. The manager was not happy about this and I said itâs going in the garbage anyway. She said thanks for helping me do my job and then called me inappropriate language and slammed the drive through window on us. I called corporate to make a complaint while sitting in the drive through. She finally came back after a few minutes with a piece of paper and the managers number while yelling at me. The corporate worker heard what was said and noted this also. I am waiting on a call from the district manager. The manager was completely inappropriate, disrespectful. I think this store should be shut down for trying to serve food that other customers have touched, itâs disgusting. BEWARE...
   Read moreHorrible customer service. Their shelf tags and scanned prices Do NOT Match. They will not honor the advertised shelf prices and charge you more then argue with customers about it. This is incredibly deceptive. Who knows what else they are over charging you for.... also Failed to put two different denominations on gift cards. Lied which cards had the money on them. They gave me birthday gift cards a couple days before christmas... I was willing to overlook it until one card was never even activated and the other had the full amount of credit. These were gift cards for children from a mixed family. It would of had devastating effects if I had not called the tim hortons line to find out which card was which to notice the error. I went back to have it resolved and was accused of throwing things by putting the cards on the counter trying to reach around the plexi glass and counter banister to put them down. The girl told me I was being rude when my request was simple, and with manners. There was 0 apology from the staff and nothing but abrasive behaviour. This building will never have my business again.    Read moreIf i could give 0 star, i would do that but there was no option. Ordered a tea on drive thru and asked for honey on side. Evening staff member on Oct 6, 2024 never showed on window until i knocked there. No greeting or anything, just threw a machine on face, gave the tea and shut the window off. I didn't get 2 seconds to ask where is honey on side. so i had to knock on window again, so somebody would show up again, and she came back and told me they don't give on-side condiments, and she mentioned she put honey inside the tea. What kind of service is this? Is there even any manager working there who takes responsibility of these actions or they're just doing whatever they want? If store owner or manager is reading this, please give proper training to the staff, and mention them that the condiments are necessary to give out in any kind of food service, especially when customers asked for it.
