Tried to tell the teenager at the window I was using points to pay I got as far as “hey I’m gonna use” he I inturupted me told me he didn’t know why I was talking and I needed to pay?? I said excuse me he said I don’t know why your gabbing at me you need to pay (in a rude tone) I said that’s rude I’m trying to ask a question he huffed shoved the machine at me again and basically told me to shut up and pay I was stunned I don’t think I’ve ever had someone talk to me like that in a drive thru so I drove around parked went inside and asked if I could please speak to a manager they said no I said no there’s no manager here or no I can’t speak with them and they just said no again I asked what the guy at the windows name was she said no again then the guy came over and in a rude tone said sorry if I offended you and rolled his eyes I asked him to leave me alone at that point I don’t want to deal with him anymore I called the store a few times they picked up and hung up almost impossible to get ahold of someone just avoid this Tim hortons the reviews...
Read moreI work close to this new Timmies, so I’d like to be able to go there and enjoy decent service like I get at the one on the highway and at the mall. The evening staff are very slow to acknowledge customers waiting at the till, and even slower coming over to actually take your order. I was the only customer in tonight, with no traffic in the drive through and it took almost 2 minutes waiting at the till to order. I ordered a simple bagel, toasted with cream cheese. The toaster must be the slowest in the history of Tim Hortons. I watched the employee ignore the toasted bagel for about a minute before he slowly went about finding cream cheese to put on it. He then made a lazy attempt to cut through the bagel with the handle of the knife. I just about laughed as he pressed my bagel against the cutting board with everything he had. Then without cutting it he shoved the crushed bagel into the serving bag. There is no regard for quality control, as this is the standard here. It is worth the short drive to the next Timmies...
Read moreI have been a regular customer of this Tims for the past 4 years and today I have had enough with the poor service and the super slow drive thru. Why do they have to clear every car before taking the next order, they made drive thrus so you can line up but the staff won’t even take your order until the drive thru is completely empty. Why???
The service over the last year has gone down big time, and when I asked why they replied “ we are short staffed and I can apply”. I am there to get a meal not apply for a job. I found that comment rather well put together but a the same time extremely ignorant to my complaint of them being unreasonably slow.
I will just go to another Tim’s and thanks to the franchise for that.
