So far I ate the gluten free dairy free opera cake and took a bite of the Mille-feuille and I’m in love 😍 with both of them. Nice balance of flavour and textures. They are both not too sweet. Then I had the éclair. I don’t even notice that they are gluten free unless I pay attention to the cakey parts. The chocolate on the éclair is soooo delicious. The whipped cream on everything is so perfect. It’s so light and fluffy and not so sweet, so the entire dessert balances itself. They are so expensive so it’s a great gift or a great splurge when you wanna celebrate something. You can tell they take pride in the quality of everything they make in house, it is always fresh (or frozen) and does not lack flavour in any form. Customer service is incredible, they greet everyone who walks through the door and are always letting you know what is baking fresh that day. Their social media posts are informative and always up to date as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone avoiding gluten by choice or diagnosis as well as other common allergens.
