If I could rate less than one star I would. We have been going to this location for several years and should have stopped giving them our business when it came under new management a couple of years ago. I agree 100% with other reviews that note that the service and quality have gone downhill. The owner is extremely stingy with the toppings and if you want a decent amount of anything on your sandwich you have to ask for extra (sometimes twice), which they then give begrudgingly. However out of sheer convenience we have given them our business up until today. Today I sent my 2 teenaged sons in to pick us up some lunch. When they came back they told me there had been a problem with the debit machine and that the owner had processed the transaction twice. Sure enough, when I checked my online banking, I saw that they had debited the total twice from my account. My sons then went back to get a refund, with a screenshot of my account that showed a double charge. However, the owner once again insisted to them that it hadn’t processed, refusing them the refund. He told them again that it was a bank error and sent them on their way. Although I could clearly see that it was not a bank error, I decided to visit my local branch for clarification before heading back. The manager there was kind enough to clarify that it was in fact not a bank error but a double charge. She even gave me her card and welcomed the Subway owner to call her for verification. When I went back (third time) to sort this out, I politely asked the owner to refund my account for the double charge. He again told me that the bank was in the wrong, to which I replied that I had gone there first and confirmed that he in fact had double charged me. I handed him the business card, which he refused to take. He then said that he would refund me even though it was not his error, and proceeded to act like he was doing me a grand favour in returning my money that he stole. Overall a very bad experience, and in my opinion, an indication of how this business/owner will readily take advantage of people who don’t know enough to look into things. Read moreI ordered subs on december 14th and all 3 subs were made incorrectly. I called them right away and they said the manager was not there but that they would have her call me. No call came so i went in on the 20th and watched them write down my number and went home but still never heard back. I called today december 26th and she told me that all she will do is give me free bacon next time i come in. Thats right FREE bacon to try and make up for causing us to lose oit on $30 in sandiches... This location im sad to say has poor business management and they should have a manager on at all times. The manager then went on to say she's dealt with me before and that i am an over exagerator...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No maybe you have made my sandwich before but you have not dealt with me! Terrible location go elsewhere if you want to get you sub made...
Read moreThis was the Subway we visited a long while back and the service was just super slow and the person who was usually working didn't seem to be able to keep up with the toppings as we were indicating what we'd like - 1 at a time. Since COVID I've used this location for mobile orders and have been very pleased. The order is always ready when I get there and has been correct (with the exception of the 1 time they forgot cookies which was caught before I left the restaurant). My big remaining beef with them is parking which, I understand, is beyond their control. The restaurant on the corner seems to attract a large clientele for a very small parking lot which they have now made smaller by blocking off patio space for the restaurant. Rough on Subway and the pizza place, I'm sure, which causes something of a bottleneck double...
