I’m not the type to take time to create an account to complain but… honestly I’m just totaly dissapointed. For the price of a hot dog and an onion ring .. it was garbage. The onions were not only small but the tastes like old oil and I had half a bad filled.. my hotdogs didn’t have what I asked for as condiments and the cabbage tasted really old. The service was poor as I’m assuming they have little to no personnel so clients have to wait a long time… I...

I had burgers, poutine at two different occasion. First time was so so, fries tasted like they had been cooked 3h ago lots of sauce was added. Second time I got a vurger which felt like my old high school 2 dollars burger. The meat was not evenly cooked, and the fries tasted old again.

My advice, save your money and try "La Belle Province" right across the street from Valentine. They recently re-opened with a new administration, same price,...

J’ai demandé au jeune homme 2 trio no. 2 (frite, 1 hot-dog vapeur, 1 boisson) mais faire le hot-dog toasté.Il me dit qu’il ne peut pas me faire un no.2 et pointe l’image à l’effet que c’est un hot-dog vapeur. Je lui demande encore….et de me charger la différence entre un vapeur et un toasté (soit 30 sous) il persiste à dire qu’il ne peut pas faire les no.2….et me pointe encore l’image. J’ai demandé s’il y avait un gérant ou autre personne responsable…non. J’ai donc avisé le jeune homme de laisser faire, que nous quittions le restaurant. L’autre employée (jeune femme) intervient et lui demande si elle peut aider. Il lui dit explique … Elle prend la caisse…pitonne 2 x no. 2 …….et ajoute 2 x toasté (60 sous). J’ avais demandé un peu de moutarde, un peu de relish, un peu d’oignon et un peu de chou. Malheureusement, il semble connaître seulement une méthode…c.i.e.beaucoup de condiments. Tout le long de la conversation, le jeune homme ainsi que moi, avons été très polis un envers l’autre. Mais il a eu beaucoup de difficulté à s’ajuster à mes demandes autant pour la commande et la quantité...
