Worst service ever ! This old lady working there is so unpolite and is not correct to people

Last time ever ill be client there , she deserve to be retired maybe shell be happier and not mad at every single clients she serve.

She forget what she do and blame it on us when she can just look at the orders people do … and then get pissed because we repeat What we order… Top of that she serve me my coffees and tell me. I dont know wich one is wich i didnt write them . Glad to taste before i left cause both coffees were wrong . Then she gets pissed because she screwed the whole order and ask her to make them right this time.

If you want your order at tim to be completly wrong go there . Otherwise this Tim should close its...

Every time I order a decaf coffee, there is no coffee!!! Just hot water and milk. The employees always say the machine is broken!!! #1 of it’s broken DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS HOT WATER SND MILK #2 FIX IT!!!! also, no matter what time of day or week you go there they NEVER have any baked goods. Today I I went at 5pm and asked for a box of 6 donuts. They said they have NO donuts. And she said they stop making baked goods at 3pm even if they close at 10. This has to be the worst time Hortons and so...

Une vraie joke ce Tim Hortons. On dirait une garderie... tu commandes sur l'application mobile tu arrives ils n'ont pas de stock et il te dise qu'ils n'ont pas reçu la commande mobile. Tu demandes à parler à la gérante Mélissa, au début l'employé ne voulait ni me rembourser et voulait que je m'arrange avec mes troubles. Quand finalement je parle avec la gérante au téléphone soit disant Mélissa, c'est encore plus pire elle dit qu'elle n'est pas responsable et que je m'arrange pour contacter Tim Hortons. Quand je les menaces que je vais contacter le propriétaire et les trainer en cours finalement en 2 min tout change et il me rembourse. On appelle ca du VOL, service exécrable et les employés qui font le party à l'intérieur au lieu de s'occuper des clients ils veulent se débarrasser de toi. Je sais pas c'est qui le propriétaire mais il doit surement être aussi cabochon que ces employés! Ce restaurant (si on peut appeler ca un restaurant) devrait fermer et je me dois d'envoyer des inspecteurs vérifier l'état...
