One of the best ben&flo I’ve been to! Great food and service

Very sad to be writing this review given that last year I had nothing negative to say. It’s been twice now I’ve come to this location and gotten the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a breakfast spot. My family and I had to ask for coffee several times (yes the waitress was busy, but she kept telling us 1 moment and would disappear for 10 min) coffee for breakfast should be the most automatic thing you serve your customers. Then our waitress didn’t take our order for 45 minutes!!!!! We kept trying to give her our order and she kept avoiding eye contact and running away. THEN it took another 45 minutes to get our bill!?! We spent over 2.5 hours here and we were all very frustrated at this point and our entire morning was wasted. We had to get up and ask the manager for our bill (after requesting it 4 times to our waitress). Sadly when we walked out we all agreed that it’ll be the last time we come to this location, which is a shame because the food’s good. And FYI we noticed multiple tables in our section very frustrated with the same waitress. What a shame. Best of luck...

Ben & Florentine is a fantastic spot for breakfast and brunch! The food is incredibly delicious, with a diverse menu to satisfy every craving. The restaurant’s design is modern and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners.

The cleanliness is outstanding—everything, from the dining area to the restrooms, is spotless, which adds to the overall comfort of the experience.

The service is excellent, with polite and attentive staff. A special shout-out to Rouwaida for her exceptional and speedy service, which truly stood out.

Convenience is another highlight—there’s no traffic on the route, especially on weekends, and parking is abundant. The spacious layout ensures a relaxed and comfortable dining experience even during busy hours.

My second time at the restaurant. Actually I came back because of the young hostess but unfortunately this time she wasn’t friendly or welcoming! Last time she is the one who asked me if I wish to have a coffee or cappuccino.. I was sooo happy to be back for this reason! But this time she said she is not a waitress. Then she went to call the waitress and I saw her laughing and complaining about it . I wanted to leave because I felt disappointed but we stayed. We did have our delicious cappuccino and delicious breakfast. The hostess need to be more pleasant! We came back because of her !! And I wanted to leave because of her .
