If you go during busy hours, and know what you want, you'll have a huge and tasty meal for not too much. The service is fast, but they're not chatty, and expect you to know what you want.

As far as food quality goes, it's a step above the rest of fast food places in my opinion. One of the few, if not only place you see peeling and slicing potatoes to make fries before the lunch rush. Best fries around, huge hotdogs, their "Triple double" burger will not disappoint. Good place for a large all-dress poutine that'll fill you for the rest of the day.

Service is often complained about, but once you "get" how they work it goes smoothly. They're used to the same usual bunch of customers, and it's still fast food. You get what you asked for, there's rarely mistakes, they'll remake it if it's wrong, but if you're being picky they won't help you much.

If you're looking for something fancy, it's not the place. If you're working and need a meal that'll keep you full for the rest of your shift, perfect place.

Highly recommended after shoveling a few cubic meters...

I went to get some poutine for 5 of us today, and spent what I think is a good amount of $ for poutine. Certainly more than what I'd spend in other places. As the guy was filling out the fries, I noticed that they were quite dark, and some burnt, so I nicely asked if he can please change the fries in one of the plates (I was taking 3) The older guy, either owner or manager, not sure, started yelling at me saying that those fries are not burnt and that's how we should eat them, and the conversation kept escalating .. I was trying to talk to him to tell him that it is ok if I don't like burnt fries, and he yelled some more and said he'll put them undercooked so that we eat undercooked fries.

I'm thinking the guy had a bad day or something must have been going on with him because it wasn't a normal reaction and I don't deserve getting yelled at like that for fries.

Honestly if my kids weren't waiting for dinner I would have walked out without the food.

There's Very bad customer service the old guy was rude with me ,he didn't let me finish my order, when he left and started to cook one of the two hamburgers, I had to mention to him that it was 2 hamburgers. VERY IMPATIENT. Beware they have a bait there ,they do not have interac ,only cash with covid-19 situation what an inconvenience. I didn't carry cash with me , was it a coincidence ,I don't know,but they have ATM machine in there. Very suspicious right? I have to pay the fee ($2.50) to get cash and get the worst fries i I have ever I ate in my entire life!!! Like other people reviews here in Google maps, the fries were saggy ,burned and old I do not recommend this restaurant to nobody not even my enemies sorry for this review but, they say buy local, but How could you buy...
