Really bad service. Placed my order online got their no order. Employee say’s we didn’t get your order. I ask the store address he was confused didn’t even know the difference between the store address (662)and the store number (309). Managers was on cell phone in the kitchen made me wait closed to 10 minutes went in freezer to get boneless chicken (that was in my order that supposedly they didn’t get) put them in oven and then came to tell me that she just called central to ask why they didn’t get my order. I left, called pizza pizza number the agent tells me she has to call the store to verify I said they already called you well they didn’t. We had an hour before an appointment, and the kids were hungry, so we went in and ordered a large pizza and a large fries for a total of $24. I asked for plates and they didn't have any, so we ended up eating it out of the box.... . Many years ago I was in Toronto and had a few slices, and as memory serves me well, it was pretty good. This time I could count the number of mushrooms and tomatoes on the top of the very little cheese and heavy on the sauce. For the price I paid, I could have had a big meal. Disappointed.
