I had an extremely disappointing experience with Grill N Burger. I called ahead to schedule a pickup for 6:45 PM, but the person on the phone asked if I could come at 7:00 PM instead. I agreed and arrived on time, only to be made to pay at 7:05 PM and told that my order would be ready in just five minutes. However, 30 minutes later, there was still no sign of my order. When I inquired about the delay, I was rudely informed that I was at the end of the list and there were still seven people ahead of me.

I approached the staff to express my dissatisfaction with how they were handling the situation, and all I got in response was a dismissive "Well, what can we do?" By 7:35 PM, with no resolution in sight and about six people still ahead of me, I had no choice but to ask for a refund and leave. Throughout this ordeal, not once did I receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.

Wait time was very long, we ordered the pita shish taouk trio. Food is ok, the pita was dry, they should put more sauce and chicken. When ordering for trio, they don’t ask beforehand if you want fries or garlic potatoes, once your wrap is ready then they call your name and ask if you want fries or garlic potatoes. If there are none, then you should wait for the potatoes to fry, your wrap is already cold by then. When ordering they should ask if we want hummus or all garnitures, we did not want tomatoes in ours, we had to remove it after. We ordered take out which we would recommend, the restaurant is really hot inside because of the grill and the charcoal. Not enough place when it’s busy. They are very disorganized, took us 45 mins to get our order. They gave us the garlic potatoes and no garlic sauce on the side. Do ask for it. They need to work on their service. This place has great potential it still needs some touches. Ordered the bbq mix 1kg, flat chicken, the beef fillet plate and the steak plate. The place is clean and nice, ac was good despite the weather and the grilling, staff welcoming. Now a few issues, the food comes with salads, they did not ask me which ones we wanted, potatoes replaced with fries coz no more without checking with us? Taste: beef cubes and steak, good taste but a bit over cooked 4/5 Flat chicken 4/5 taste Ok, price was a good deal! Chicken cubes 3.5/5, taste okay but again a bit over cooked made them them dry! Kebabs (kafta) 2/5 I wasn’t too crazy about the taste nor the size as they were half the standard ones.
