My friends and I have been coming to this Tim hortons for years. Never in my life have I ever seen such terrible service. The 2 employees are the laziest, rude people I have ever met. Not only is this disgusting but I have seen actual proof of the employees dusting over the bagels. No shame. If you go by the drive thru and ask for things she automatically says she does not have anything. Sheâs lied about this multiple times. I asked someone who was inside the restaurant what they had and she had the audacity to say no. If you ask for food she says that everything is closed and she doesnât have anything left. Which is also a lie. She picks and chooses who she feels like serving. The man who also works at night is just a rude individual. He has called the cops on us multiple times for being paying customers and hanging outside our own cars. At the end of the day, the owner of this establishment is losing money because his employees refuse to give us food they actually have. Also, itâs extreamly slippery in the parking lot and there is also huge potholes that can damage a car. Theyâre just miserable people who donât want to work. The man does not care if there is a huge line he refuses to serve any clients. Multiple people have lost their patience with this Tim hortons. I hope this does not go unnoticed and I hope this gets fixed immediately before they start losing...
   Read moreUpsetting service today. It wasnât busy. I ordered 2 hashbrowns. The cashier made me pay. As I was waiting she called me to let me know that they were out of hashbrowns. That didnât bother me; I asked her if I would be reimbursed, to which she hesitated before asking a colleague, and then said yes. I ordered a bagel instead. She prepared it and expected me to take it and leave. I had to remind her about being paid the difference in price. She looked at me and said the price of the bagel was the same as the hashbrowns! This was clearly untrue. I disagreed with her. Only THEN did she turn to her colleague to ask for help- to reimburse me the difference, because the bagel was most definitely not the same price as the hashbrowns. As she completed the transaction, she didnât say anything to me nor apologize. The money isnât an issue here, I was disappointed with the lack of integrity. It is perfectly okay not to know something. But Iâd rather you make me wait and ask for help than to lie to me just to avoid dealing with...

Mainly because I order through drive thru and when I receive my coffee and go to take the first sip, the lid of my cup smells like BO. Iâm assuming this is because the person who is making the coffees using their palm or fingers to press down on the lid but does so without washing their hands!? Itâs very disgusting, to the point where I canât even drink my coffee, the smell is so nauseating. Iâve thought about going in to complain but most of the time Iâm in a hurry. Itâs very gross and Iâm sure others have had this experience⊠Cleanliness - zero. Hygiene -zero. The customer service itself is good, the people are nice but Jesus wash your hands !! With soap!
