I placed my order at 6:05pm through Just eat. The confirmation indicated that delivery would take up to an hour. At 7:15 I called the restaurant to follow up. I was told that it would be another 30 minutes. Their drivers 'were busy'. I accepted the delay after a promise of a complimentary salad. 45 minutes later, still no food, I called again. 'It will be another 30 minutes' - the order had not yet left the restaurant. At this point I asked for my money back. They told me for a refund I would have to go through JustEat but instead I could call in my order next time and they would give me a rebate. I told him there would not be a next time and I got off the phone to contact JustEat. After explaining the situation, the person at JustEat contacted the restaurant. At 8:13pm he told me that the owner herself was delivering my order and was only 2-3 minutes away. The order arrived at 8:45pm, not 'by the owner herself'. Read moreThis restaurant is unprofessional and vile. I do Uber delivery. I received an order and went into the restaurant to pick it up. They told me another delivery person had already picked it up but didn't deliver it (in other words, they stole it). I said, "Will you re-cook the order again?" They said no, so I canceled the order and left. Then I got a report from Uber saying I stole the order. They simply didn't know who stole their order because they're unprofessional and slanderers. And they pointed the finger at me because I was the second delivery person and they already knew the order was stolen. It's easier to point the finger at me if you have little brains. One star from me and everyone I know for your vile act and hypocritical staff.

My first issue was lack of customer service for dine in customers. Employees yelling in the background and not acknowledging your existence. This happened twice. The last time I was there, a month ago, was the last straw. This time customer service was great but when I ordered sushi, it came cold. I asked why it was cold. Apparently it was made earlier in the day and refrigerated. Not even fresh sushi!!! I am dining in and this is a sushi restaurant!! The guy tells me it is fresh but refrigerated earlier that day.
