Double Pizza — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I am a regular customer and had good experiences here as I used to work nearby for the last few years.

But, after today’s poor experience, I will make sure not to come here anymore. I will also ensure to share my experience with family, friends and co-workers who order from here. I placed an order over the phone for a simple two topping pizza with a service agent. I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and when I saw the pizza I told the kid at the cash that the order was wrong. The kid started to argue and said I had to call the customer service back to get a credit and to resolve the issue. I just wanted a replacement pizza, but he did not even offer it. His arrogance, lack of customer service skill and lack of knowledge of simple ingredients angered me further and I was not walking away without a refund. He finally gave in and processed a refund.

Please tell the kid to google “bell pepper.” Hot peppers are banana peppers. (Just FYI) Way to lose a client base over a pizza costing you 2$ to make! I already got the customer service email and will be filing a...

I would rate zero star, if I could! We have been ordering from this location from a very long time. Our last experience was so bad that, we will never go back here. We had ordered pizza with bell pepper, they put hot pepper, when we told the cashier we asked for bell pepper not hot pepper. He replied” it’s same to same, which means he thinks bell pepper and hot pepper is the same ingredient. When we asked to replace the pizza, he said he can’t and told us to call customer service to complain because they took the order and he can’t do anything. He was so mean and didn’t care that they have messed up the order.When we asked for refund he started arguing and said I can’t give you refund! He was rude and arrogant! Definitely...

Nous avons commandé des pizzas pour notre souper familial de ce soir, à livrer.

Les pizzas sont bien arrivées, mais… sans sauce. Sans une goutte de sauce tomate !!

Nous avons donc téléphoné à ce qui semble être leur Administration centrale. Après nous avoir fait longuement attendre sur la ligne, ils nous ont dit que le franchisé concerné (Fabreville) leur a affirmé qu’ils avaient mis la sauce. Et en conséquence, ils ont refusé de venir reprendre leur pizza tout secs et des les remplacer par des pizzas avec sauce, et ils refusé aussi toute compensation. Ils ont donc décidé que nous sommes des menteurs…

Merci d’avoir gâché notre souper en famille. En nous traitant de menteurs, par-dessus le marché…

Dégoûtant. Update : Je leur ai transmis le commentaire initial ci-dessus, et les photos.

Et là, par « miracle », ils ont soudain réalisé que ce sont les dires de leur franchisé qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité, ils se sont excusés, et émis une note de crédit applicable à notre prochaine commande.

Bon… je leur ajoute donc une étoile, sur l''étoile unique que j'avais initialement indiqué (faute de pouvoir en mettre aucune). Tout en notant cependant qu’un client, disons, moins déterminé que moi, n’aurait jamais pu obtenir justice en cette affaire.

Je veux bien croire aussi qu’il y a parfois des clients qui «font le malin». Mais en l’occurrence, nous leur avons dit de venir reprendre leurs pizzas ! Et donc, de constater avec leurs yeux, de visu, le cafouillage sidérant de leur restaurant. Vu leur réticence, nous avons alors proposé de leur envoyer les photos. Mais non, ils n’ont rien voulu entendre - ni voir - , et ont campé sur leur position ridicule.

Je souligne aussi que nous sommes des clients régulier de cette franchise, cf. mon précédent témoignage dans ce même système de reviews Google, à propos de leur franchisé particulier de Les Galeries...
